Abstract

PT Siantar Top, Tbk sebagai perusahaan yang memproduksi makanan ringan harus menghadapi persaingan dalam pengadaan bahan baku untuk menjamin kelancaran produksi agar produknya dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam pengadaan bahan baku adalah kekurangan atau kelebihan bahan baku, sehingga untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini dilakukan perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku produk French Fries 2000 berupa ekstrak kentang yang diawali dengan melakukan peramalan permintaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ramalan permintaan produk French Fries 2000 pada tahun 2024 sebanyak 6.744.251 karton untuk varian saos sambal dan 215.834 karton untuk varian saos level 3, sedangkan ekstrak kentang yang diperlukan sebanyak 2.363.685,35 kg dengan biaya pengadaan yang harus disiapkan perusahaan sebesar Rp 35.564.726,243 dan kuantitas pemesanan bahan baku optimum sebanyak 320.995 kg. Hasil penelitian ini divisualisasikan dengan dashboard perencanaan kebutuhan bahan baku French Fries 2000 yang dapat dilihat dan diakses pada intip.in/DashboardFF2000.

PT Siantar Top, Tbk as a company that produces snacks must face competition in the procurement of raw materials to ensure smooth production so that its products can meet market demand. The problem that often occurs in the procurement of raw materials is the shortage or excess of raw materials, so to solve this problem, the planning of raw material requirements for French Fries 2000 products in the form of potato extract begins with forecasting demand. The results obtained from this study indicate that the forecast demand for French Fries 2000 products in 2024 is 6.744.251 cartons for the sambal sauce variant and 215.834 cartons for the level 3 sauce variant, while the required potato extract is 2.363.685,35 kg with procurement costs that must be prepared by the company amounting to Rp 35.564.726,243 and the optimum raw material ordering quantity of 320.995 kg. The results of this research are visualized with the French Fries 2000 raw material requirement planning dashboard which can be seen and accessed at intip.in/DashnoardFF2000.
