Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sintasan (Survival Rate) Ikan Mujair (Oreochromis mossambicus) secara in-situ di Kali Mas Surabaya. Survival Rate Ikan Mujair ( Oreochromis mossambicus) diukur di tiga stasiun sampling yang masing masing mewakili hulu (Gunung Sari/stasiun sampling 1), tengah (Ngagel/stasiun sampling 2) dan hilir (Petekan/stasiun sampling 3). Pengukuran Survival Rate Ikan Mujair (Oreochromis mossambicus) dilakukan dengan metode keramba jaring (fish caged method) selama 28 hari. Selama pengambilan data Survival Rate juga dilakukan pengukuran parameter fisik, kimia dan logam berat dengan periode pengambilan data pada hari ke-0, 7, 14, 21 dan 28. Nilai Survival Rate Ikan Mujair (Oreochromis mossambicus) dari ketiga stasiun sampling selama 28 hari berturut-turut adalah 45%, 23.33% dan 6.67%. Sebagian besar parameter lingkungan telah melampaui batas baku mutu perairan golongan II sebagaimana peruntukan Kali Mas Surabaya sebagai bahan baku air minum

This research aims to determine the survival rate of tilapia fish (Oreochromis mossambicus) in-situ in Kali Mas Surabaya. The survival rate of tilapia fish (Oreochromis mossambicus) was measured at three sampling stations, each representing upstream (Gunung Sari/sampling station 1), middle (Ngagel/sampling station 2) and downstream (Petekan/sampling station 3). Measurement of the Survival Rate of Tilapia Fish (Oreochromis mossambicus) was carried out using the fish caged method for 28 days. During the Survival Rate data collection, physical, chemical and heavy metal parameters were also measured with data collection periods on days 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28. Survival Rate Values of Tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) from the three sampling stations for 28 consecutive days - respectively are 45%, 23.33% and 6.67%. Most of the environmental parameters have exceeded the standard limits for class II water quality as designated by Kali Mas Surabaya as raw material for drinking water
