Abstract
Kecamatan Tembalang merupakan salah satu kecamatan di kota Semarang propinsi Jawa Tengah yang memiliki banyak Sungai utama beserta anak-anak sungai yang lain. Alasan yang mendasari perlu dibangunnya bendungan pada daerah Tembalang antara lain karena run off dari sungai - sungai kecil melimpah pada musim hujan dan hampir kering pada musim kemarau. Potensi lokasi sumber air yang dapat dijadikan waduk salah satunya adalah di Kali Seketak yang merupakan anak sungai Pengkol yang terletak di Desa Banyumanik, Kecamatan Tembalang dan untuk rencana bendungan terletak di desa Tembalang. Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan spillway pada Bendungan Seketak tersebut sebagai usaha untuk mereduksi banjir yang terjadi. Adapun perhitungan dalam mendesain bangunan pelimpah meliputi analisa hidrologi dan analisa hidrolika. Analisa hidrologi berupa analis a perhiungan data hujan yang dilakukan dengan uji distribusi hujan, perhitungan hujan periode ulang sampai pada perhitungan hidrograf suatu curah hujan sehingga didapatkan debit banjir rencana. Sedangkan data topografi digunakan untuk perencanaan tampungan waduk serta penentuan elevasi mercu pelimpah. Basil perhitungan hidrograf serta perencanaan tampungan diatas selanjutnya dipakai dasar perhitungan hidrolika yang meliputi perencanaan bangunan pelimpah beserta ke/engkapannya Dari hasil perhitungan perencanaan dengan menggunakan debit rencana 50tahun (Q501Jr) didapatkan dimensi Spillway dengan lebar sebesar 10 m, elevasi puncak Spillway terletak pada ± 182 dengan dasar waduk terletak pada ± 163 elevasi puncak Tubuh Bendung terletak pada ± 186. Untuk perencanaan kolam olak dipakai kolam olak USBR tipe III dengan panjang kolam olak sebesar 10 m. Dari perencanaan didapatkan dimensi Spillway kemudian dilakukan perhitungan stabilitas terhadap guling, geser dan rembesan. Perhitungan kestabilan dihitung pada saat kondisi paling kritis, yaitu pada saat kondisi muka air setinggi puncak Spillway dan pada saat kondisi muka air setinggi debit rencana

Tembalang District is one of the sub-districts in the city of Semarang, Central Java Province which has many main rivers and other tributaries. The underlying reason for the need to build a dam in the Tembalang area is, among other things, because runoff from small rivers is abundant in the rainy season and almost dries up in the dry season. One of the potential water source locations that can be used as a reservoir is the Seketak River, which is a tributary of the Pengkol River, located in Banyumanik Village, Tembalang District and the planned dam is located in Tembalang Village. The aim of writing this final assignment is to plan the spillway at the Seketak Dam as an effort to reduce the flooding that occurs. The calculations in designing spillway buildings include hydrological analysis and hydraulic analysis. Hydrological analysis takes the form of analyzing rain data calculations which are carried out by testing rain distribution, calculating return period rain and calculating the hydrograph of rainfall to obtain the planned flood discharge. Meanwhile, topographic data is used for planning reservoir storage and determining the elevation of spillway beacons. The results of the hydrograph calculations and storage planning above are then used as a basis for hydraulic calculations which include the planning of the spillway building and its fittings. From the results of planning calculations using the 50 year plan discharge (Q501Jr), the dimensions of the Spillway are 10 m wide, the elevation of the Spillway peak is located at ± 182 with The base of the reservoir is located at ± 163 elevation. The top of the dam body is located at ± 186. For the planning of the stilling pond, a USBR type III stilling pond is used with a stilling pond length of 10 m. From the planning, the dimensions of the spillway are obtained, then stability calculations are carried out regarding overturning, sliding and seepage. Stability calculations are calculated at the most critical conditions, namely when the water level is as high as the top of the Spillway and when the water level is as high as the design discharge
