Abstract

Jembatan Malangsari adalah bangunan yang menghubungkan jalan daerah Kedung Lembu dengan batas Jember yang terputus oleh tebing dengan kedalaman 20 m lebar 100 m dan ketinggian muka air banjir dari dasar sungai 2 m. Jembatan Malangsari berlokasi di Ruas Kendeng Lembu dengan batas Jember Kabupaten Banyuwangi, direncanakan dengan panjang 1OO m, dan dibagi menjadi tiga bentang yaitu (30m+40m+30m), dengan lebar 13,5m, menggunakan struktur balok beton pratekan untuk semua bentang. Tebal pelat lantai 25 cm, sedangkan struktur bawah jembatan mengunakan abutmen dengan pondasi tiang pancang 0 50 em dan pilar dengan pondasi bore pile 0 2,5m kedalarnan 6m. Mutu beton yang digunakan (/c') = 29,05 Mpa, mutu beton girder = K800 untuk bentang tengah dan K500 untuk bentang tepi, mutu tegangan leleh baja {fy) = 400Mpa, menggunakan kabel prestress diameter 12,7 mm dengan luas nominal strand(Aps) = 98,72m2 , kekuatan putus (fpu) = 183,7 kN, kekuatan tarik batas (fpu) =1860 Mpa, dan modulus elastisitas (ES) = 200000 Mpa

The Malangsari Bridge is a building that connects the Kedung Lembu regional road with the Jember border which is cut off by a cliff with a depth of 20 m, a width of 100 m and a flood water level height of 2 m from the river bed. The Malangsari Bridge is located on the Kendeng Lembu Section with the Jember boundary, Banyuwangi Regency, planned with a length of 1OO m, and divided into three spans, namely (30m+40m+30m), with a width of 13.5m, using a prestressed concrete beam structure for all spans. The thickness of the floor plate is 25 cm, while the bottom structure of the bridge uses abutments with pile foundations of 0 50 cm and pillars with bore pile foundations of 0 2.5 m deep 6 m. The quality of the concrete used (/c') = 29.05 Mpa, the quality of the girder concrete = K800 for the middle span and K500 for the edge span, the yield stress quality of the steel {fy) = 400Mpa, using a prestress cable with a diameter of 12.7 mm with a nominal area strand(Aps) = 98.72m2 , breaking strength (fpu) = 183.7 kN, ultimate tensile strength (fpu) = 1860 Mpa, and modulus of elasticity (ES) = 200000 Mpa
