Abstract

Program-program analisa struktur mempunyai peranan besar dalam pekerjaan desain dan konstruksi di dunia. Namun program analisa struktur yang selama ini merupakan program komersil yang umumnya re/atif mahal. Hal ini dapat menghalangi usaha penggunaan program secara luas, terutama di negara berkembang seperti di Indonesia. Karena itulah sebagai alternatif adalah dengan membuat program analisa struktur daripada menggunakan program-program komersil. Keuntungan dari program yang dibuat sendiri adalah bisa digunakan secara bebas, dapat dikembangkan secara berkesinambungan sesuai kebutuhan, dan mengikuti perkembangan peraturan terbaru. Program bantu sederhana untuk analisa elemen struktur model space frame ini disusun dengan menggunakan program Visual Basic 6.0. Aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Kekakuan Langsung (Direct Stiffness Method). Aplikasi ini memberikan output berupa reaksi, displacement, dan gaya-gaya dalam elemen struktur yang dianalisa dengan memperhitungkan geser pada elemen batang. Program bantU ini juga dilengkapi oleh analisa tiap elemennya. Dalam hal ini penulis secara khusus mengana/isa lentur pada balok. Dengan menggunakan kesetimbangan tegangan dan regangan didapat jarak serat tekan terjauh ke sumbu netral. Metoda Bolzano digunakan untuk proses iterasi sehingga sigma gaya horisontal harus sama dengan nol. Sehingga didapatkan output berupa kekuatan nominal dari balok dengan Metoda Unified yang tercantum pada ACI 318-2002. Program bantu ini juga diverifikasi dengan SAP 2000 dalam beberapa study kasus ·yang dilakukan. Kelebihan dari program ini dari SAP 2000 yaitu proses perhitungan yang ditampilkan serta dapat mengeltiarkan output berupa gambar desain tulangan lengkap dengan jarak dan.panjang penyaluran tulangannya. Namun program ini perlu pengembangan lebih lanjut dengan menambah efek beban gempa, serta proses iterasi yang lebih cepat dari Metoda Bolzano

Structural analysis programs have a large role in design and construction work in the world. However, structural analysis programs that have so far been commercial programs are generally relatively expensive. This can hinder efforts to use the program widely, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. That's why an alternative is to create a structural analysis program rather than using commercial programs. The advantage of a self-made program is that it can be used freely, can be developed continuously according to needs, and follows the latest regulatory developments. This simple auxiliary program for analyzing structural elements of the space frame model was prepared using the Visual Basic 6.0 program. This application uses the Direct Stiffness Method. This application provides output in the form of reactions, displacements and forces in structural elements which are analyzed by taking into account the shear in the rod elements. This BantuU program is also equipped with an analysis of each element. In this case the author specifically analyzes bending in beams. By using the balance of stress and strain, the furthest distance between the compressed fibers to the neutral axis is obtained. The Bolzano method is used for the iteration process so that the sigma of the horizontal force must be equal to zero. So that the output is obtained in the form of nominal strength of the beam using the Unified Method listed in ACI 318-2002. This auxiliary program was also verified with SAP 2000 in several case studies conducted. The advantage of this program from SAP 2000 is that the calculation process is displayed and can produce output in the form of a reinforcement design drawing complete with the distance and length of the reinforcement distribution. However, this program needs further development by adding the effects of earthquake loads, as well as a faster iteration process than the Bolzano Method
