Abstract

Kabupaten Malang adalah daerah tujuan wisata yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang potensial dengan Masyarakat yang majemuk dan kondisi alamnya yang indah. Kawasan wisata agro kebun teh Wonosari sebagai salah satu kawasan wisata alam di Kabupaten Malang mempunyai potensi wisata yang cukup besar, namun keberadaan wisata agro kebun teh Wonosari Kabupaten Malang saat ini masih kurang berkembang, karena masih banyak potensi yang belum dikelola secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan konsep pengembangan kawasan wisata agro kebun teh Wonosari berdasarkan faktor penyebab kurang berkembangnya kawasan wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan positivisme. Jenis penelitian kualitatif diskriptif. Dengan mengkaji konsepkonsep pengembangan pariwisata dari berbagai sumber, diperoleh indikator yang menjadi faktor penentu perkembangan kawasan wisata. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menemukan faktor penyebab kurang berkembangnya kawasan wisata agro kebun teh Wonosari Malang adalah analisis stakeholders, analisis Delphi dan analisis Triangulasi. Dari hasil proses eksplorasi teridentifikasi faktor penyebab kurang berkembangnya kawasan wisata agro kebun the Wonosari, yaitu: ketersediaan fasilitas yang kurang memadai, pencitraan kawasan yang masih lemah, atraksi wisata yang kurang bervariasi, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kawasan wisata masih kurang, aksesbilitas yang kurang mendukung, dll. Setelah dilakukan proses iterasi pertama dan kedua ditemukan variabel-variabel yang harus diperhatikan dalam usaha pengembangan kawasan wisata agro kebun the Wonosari. Dengan metode analisis Triangulasi kemudian dapat dirumuskan konsep pengembangan kawasan wisata agro kebun teh Wonosari berdasarkan faktor penyebab kurang berkembangnya kawasan wisata yang telah teridentifikasi. Dari analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep yang sesuai untuk menangani kurang berkembangnya kawasan wisata agro kebun teh Wonosari Malang adalah membagi zona pemanfaatan kawasan dengan dilenglcapi fasilitas dan atraksi wisata yang sesuai dengan zoning dan daya dukung kawasan. Serta melakukan linkage kawasan dengan obyek wisata lain

Malang Regency is a tourist destination that has potential natural resources with a diverse society and beautiful natural conditions. The Wonosari tea garden agro tourism area as one of the natural tourism areas in Malang Regency has quite large tourism potential, however the existence of the Wonosari tea garden agro tourism area in Malang Regency is currently still underdeveloped, because there is still a lot of potential that has not been managed optimally. This research aims to formulate a concept for developing the Wonosari tea garden agro tourism area based on the factors causing the underdevelopment of the tourist area. This research uses a positivism approach. Type of descriptive qualitative research. By examining tourism development concepts from various sources, indicators are obtained which are determining factors for the development of tourist areas. The analytical method used to find factors causing the underdevelopment of the Wonosari Malang tea garden agro tourism area is stakeholder analysis, Delphi analysis and Triangulation analysis. From the results of the exploration process, the factors causing the lack of development of the Wonosari Gardens agro-tourism area were identified, namely: inadequate availability of facilities, weak image of the area, less varied tourist attractions, insufficient community involvement in managing the tourist area, less supportive accessibility, etc. After carrying out the first and second iteration processes, variables were found that must be considered in efforts to develop the Wonosari garden agro tourism area. Using the Triangulation analysis method, a concept for developing the Wonosari tea garden agro tourism area can then be formulated based on the factors causing the underdevelopment of the tourist area that have been identified. From this analysis it can be concluded that the appropriate concept for dealing with the underdevelopment of the Wonosari Malang tea plantation agro-tourism area is to divide the area's utilization zones with facilities and tourist attractions that are in accordance with the zoning and carrying capacity of the area. As well as linking the area with other tourist attractions
