Abstract

Pada saat ini penggunaan tiang pancang tunggal sudah banyak dijumpai pada struktur bangunan seperti jalan, dermaga, jembatan dan lain - lain. Banyaknya data yang harus dihitung, penggunaan tabel dan grafik dalam perencanaan liang pancang, memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam proses perhitungan. Dengan perkembangan komputer, kita dapat membuat program untuk mempercepat proses perhitungan daya dukung terutama liang pancang tunggal. Program yang mudah digunakan, dapat melakukan perhitungan dengan data yang banyak dan dengan beberapa metode perhitungan. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibuat Program Bantu Komputer untuk menghitung daya dukung liang pancang tunggal berdasarkan data SPT, CPT untuk perumusan statis dan data Penetrometer Dinamis (Kalendering) untuk perumusan dinamis. Dimana dalam program ini perumusan daya dukung liang berdasarkan data SPT adalah perumusan Meyerhoff dan Luciano Decourt, untuk daya dukung tiang berdasarkan data CPT perumusan yang digunakan adalah Andina, Philipponnat dan Nottingham - Schmertmann. Sedangkan untuk data kalendering perumusan yang digunakan antara lain Danish, Eytelwin, Gates, Hilley, Janbu, Modified ENR dan Navy McKay. Program bantu komputer yang dibuat diuji ketepatan perhitungannya dengan cara membandingkan perhitungan hasil program dengan perhitungan manual. Pada Program Komputer yang dibuat ini juga akan dilakukan studi kasus pada beberapa sampel data CPT, SPT dan data Penetrometer Dinamis (Kalendering) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perumusan mana dalam Program Komputer yang hasil perhitungannya mendekati kenyataan dilapangan. Program akan dijalankan dengan beberapa input dari data tanah dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan keadaan sesungguhnya dilapangan yang dilihat dari hasil Loading Test

Currently, the use of single piles is often found in building structures such as roads, piers, bridges and others. The large amount of data that must be calculated, the use of tables and graphs in planning the pile holes, requires a long time in the calculation process. With the development of computers, we can create programs to speed up the process of calculating carrying capacity, especially for single piles. Easy to use program, can perform calculations with large amounts of data and with several calculation methods. In this final project, a computer-assisted program will be created to calculate the carrying capacity of a single pile hole based on SPT, CPT data for static formulation and Dynamic Penetrometer (Kalendering) data for dynamic formulation. Where in this program the formulation of burrow bearing capacity based on SPT data is the Meyerhoff and Luciano Decourt formulation, for pile bearing capacity based on CPT data the formulation used is Andina, Philipponnat and Nottingham - Schmertmann. Meanwhile, for calendaring data, the formulations used include Danish, Eytelwin, Gates, Hilley, Janbu, Modified ENR and Navy McKay. The computer-assisted program created is tested for the accuracy of its calculations by comparing the calculation results of the program with manual calculations. In the computer program created, case studies will also be carried out on several samples of CPT, SPT data and Dynamic Penetrometer (Calendering) data with the aim of finding out which formulations in the computer program whose calculation results are close to reality in the field. The program will be run with several inputs from soil data and the results will be compared with the actual conditions in the field as seen from the Loading Test results
