Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu dinas di Pemerintah Kota Surabaya yang memiliki tugas melaksanakan urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan Daerah dan tugas pembantuan, antara lain Komunikasi dan Informatika, Statistik, dan Persandian. Bidang tempat kegiatan magang dilaksanakan, yaitu bidang e-Gov, bertanggung jawab untuk pembuatan aplikasi yang akan digunakan oleh masyarakat Surabaya. Terdapat dua aplikasi website yang dikembangkan, yaitu Website Service Desk dan Web Monitoring Kota Surabaya. Kedua aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, di mana website Service Desk menggunakan Laravel versi 8, sedangkan Web Monitoring menggunakan Laravel yaitu versi 10. Website Service Desk memiliki banyak fitur yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solsui untuk berbagai permasalahan yang dialami oleh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Surabaya. Web Monitoring Kota Surabaya bertujuan untuk mempermudah admin melakukan pengawasan dan membuat laporan dari status website-website yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya.

The Surabaya City Communication and Informatics Service is one of the agencies in the Surabaya City Government which has the task of carrying out government affairs which are the authority of the Region and supporting tasks, including Communication and Informatics, Statistics and Encryption. The field where the internship activities are carried out, namely the e-Gov field, is responsible for creating applications that will be used by the people of Surabaya. There are two website applications being developed, namely the Service Desk Website and the Surabaya City Monitoring Web. Both applications were developed using the Laravel framework, where the Service Desk website uses Laravel version 8, while Web Monitoring uses Laravel, namely version 10. The Service Desk website has many features that aim to provide solutions to various problems experienced by the Regional Apparatus Organizations of the City of Surabaya. Surabaya City Web Monitoring aims to make it easier for admins to monitor and make reports on the status of websites managed by the Surabaya City Government.
