Abstract

Proses instalasi tahap metode lowering perlu memperhatikan beberapa aspek pembebanan dan kekuatan pada komponen-komponen pendukungnya. Crane barge adalah sebuah kapal untuk membantu proses instalasi di lokasi instalasi. Pada saat proses lowering perlu ditinjau bagaimana kekuatan struktur saat diturunkan dan terkena beban gelombang untuk pertama kali atau sering disebut beban splash zone. Analisis kekuatan struktur ditinjau dari segi kekuatan member struktur dalam tiga kondisi yaitu kondisi diatas, kondisi di perairan, dan kondisi tenggelam. Pada kondisi di atas, struktur yang masih terkena beban statis. Bagian struktur yang mengalami tegangan paling besar ialah member bracing leg dengan nilai UC 0.74. Pada kondisi di perairan, struktur mengenai beban gelombang untuk pertama kali. Bagian struktur yang mengalami tegangan paling besar ialah member buoyancy tank dengan nilai UC 0.87. Pada kondisi tenggelam, struktur juga mengenai beban gelombang secara keseluruhan. Bagian struktur yang mengalami tegangan paling besar ialah member buoyancy tank dengan nilai UC 0.70.

The installation process at the lowering method stage needs to pay attention to several aspects of the load and strength of the supporting components. A crane barge is a ship to assist with the installation process at the installation location. During the lowering process, it is necessary to review the strength of the structure when it is lowered and exposed to wave loads for the first time, often called the splash zone load. Structural strength analysis is considered in terms of the strength of structural members in three conditions:: the above conditions, conditions in water, and submerged conditions. In the above conditions, the structure is still subject to static loads. The structural part that experiences the most significant stress is the bracing leg member, with a UC value of 0.74. In water conditions, the structure is subjected to wave loads for the first time. The structural part that experiences the most significant stress is the buoyancy tank member, with a UC value of 0.87. The structure is also subject to the overall wave load in sinking conditions. The structural part that experiences the most significant stress is the buoyancy tank member, with a UC value of 0.70.
