Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri kimia di Indonesia sangatlah pesat. Salah satu produk dari industri kimia yang ada di Indonesia adalah hidrogen peroksida. Hidrogen peroksida sendiri sering digunakan untuk kebutuhan berbagai industri seperti industri pulp and paper, tekstil, dan pertambangan. PT. XYZ adalah salah satu produsen hidrogen peroksida yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1991. Proses produksi yang dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ sendiri tidak pernah mengalami perubahan selama hampir 30 tahun akan tetapi, selama 30 tahun juga PT. XYZ sering sekali mengalami hambatan dalam proses produksinya sehingga sering sekali terjadi risiko gagal produksi. Pada penelitian kali ini, peneliti mendesain manajemen terhadap risiko risiko terjadinya gagal produksi dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan ISO 31000:2018. Proses pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan cara membaca data historis dan melakukan wawancara terhadap narasumber. Selanjutnya, risiko tersebut diurutkan berdasarkan nilai risk value yaitu dengan melakukan perhitungan occurrence dengan severity. Hasil dari perhitungan risk value kemudian dijadikan basis untuk mengambil empat dari enam total risiko yang ada dan selanjutnya dilakukan rekomendasi mitigasi risiko keempat risiko tersebut adalah kekurangan gas hidrogen dengan nilai risiko 20, kerusakan kompresor udara bebas dengan nilai risiko 8, pemadaman sumber daya dengan nilai risiko 8, dan kerusakan pompa dengan nilai risiko 8. Salah satu mitgasi risiko yang dapat dilakukan untuk faktor pemadaman sumber daya adalah instalasi pembangkit listrik mandiri, instalasi generator untuk backup, pemasangan pendingin ruangan untuk panel panel listrik, penerapan standard operating procedure untuk perawatan instrument kelistrikan, pembelian filter baru, penerapan standard operating procedure pembersihan filter.

Chemical industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly. One of the products of the chemical industry in Indonesia is hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide itself is often used for the needs of various industries such as the pulp and paper, textile and mining industries. PT XYZ is one of the hydrogen peroxide producers which has been operated since 1991. The production process carried out by PT. XYZ itself has never changed for almost 30 years, however, for 30 years PT. XYZ has often experienced obstacles in its production process so that there is often a risk of production failure. In this research proposal, researcher designs risk management by approaching ISO 31000:201. The data collection process is carried out by Interviewing and by collecting historical data. The collected data then were ranked based on their risk value which is by calculating occurrence with severity. The results of the calculation then were used as the basis of prioritizing four out of six risks which then will be mitigated. Four of which are lacks of hydrogen supply which has risk value of 20, unperformed free air compressor which has risk value of 8, main power shutdown which has risk value of 8, and unperformed pump which has risk value of 8. Risk mitigations for main power shutdown are self sustain power plant installation, backup generayor installation, air conditioner installation for panel house, standard operating procedure implementation for filter cleaning and instrument maintenance and new filter purchase.
