Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas biaya pada perusahaan startup fintech dompet digital di Indonesia, penelitian ini menyelidiki metode pemilihan infrastruktur On-premises dan Cloud. Fokus penelitian adalah untuk menambah informasi yang kurang dalam literatur tentang infrastruktur yang memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan perusahaan fintech startup. Kurangnya informasi mendalam menunjukkan betapa pentingnya memahami dampak pemilihan infrastruktur dan betapa pentingnya membuat keputusan yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mixed Methods The Convergent Parallel Design, menemukan bahwa memilih model infrastruktur TI yang tepat khususnya dengan adopsi cloud dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keuangan startup fintech. Ini mempertimbangkan hal-hal seperti keamanan dan privasi data serta kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang ada. Studi ini menemukan bahwa startup fintech memilih infrastruktur cloud karena skalabilitas, fleksibilitas, dan efisiensi biaya, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan keamanan dan kepatuhan. Adopsi infrastruktur Cloud terbukti mengurangi biaya operasional dan pemeliharaan, yang memungkinkan startup fintech untuk mengalokasikan sumber daya dengan lebih efisien dan memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi regulator, pembuat kebijakan, dan stakeholder industri fintech. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa strategi keamanan data yang kuat sangat penting dan bahwa perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan khusus mereka saat memilih infrastruktur TI. Kesimpulannya, memilih infrastruktur TI yang tepat sangat penting untuk mengurangi biaya dan mendukung pertumbuhan berkelanjutan startup fintech, khususnya yang beroperasi di industri dompet digital.

In an effort to improve the cost efficiency of digital wallet fintech startups in Indonesia, the study investigates methods for selecting infrastructure On-premises and Clouds. The focus of the research is to add to the lack of information in the literature about the infrastructure that plays an important role in the development of fintech startups. The lack of in-depth information shows how important it is to understand the impact of infrastructure selection and the importance of making the right decisions. The study using the Mixed Methods The Convergent Parallel Design approach, found that choosing the right IT infrastructure model, with cloud adoption could improve the operational and financial efficiency of fintech startups. It takes into account things like data security and privacy as well as compliance with existing regulations. The study finds that fintech startups choose cloud infrastructure because of its scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency, but also consider security and compliance. Adoption of cloud infrastructure has been proven to reduce operating and maintenance costs, allowing fintech startups to allocate resources more efficiently and strengthen their market position. The results provide important insights for regulators, policymakers, and stakeholders in the fintech industry. In conclusion, choosing the right IT infrastructure is crucial to reduce costs and support the sustainable growth of fintech startups, especially those operating in the digital wallet industry.
