Abstract

Maintenance sebagai bagian penting dalam suatu perusahaan terutama untuk menunjang kelancaran proses operational power plant, dan strategi maintenance itu sendiri penting ditentukan dalam menjamin kesuksesan perusahan secara utuh. PLTU Paiton unit 7 dan 8 merupakan pembangkit listrik tenaga uap dengan kapasitas 2 X 615 MW senantiasa berusaha tidak hanya menjamin pemenuhan pembangkitan listrik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Listrik oleh perusahaan listrik negara PT PLN di lintasan distribusi Jawa dan Bali, akan tetapi menjamin realibilitas dan avaibilitas yang tinggi dan terns menerus dengan tingkat kestabilan kualitasnya terutama melalui jaringan tegangan ekstra tinggi 500 kV Jawa- Bali. Kondisi ini menempatkan maintenance sebagai bagian vital dalam mendukung tujuan tersebut. Pembangkit listrik Paiton 7 dan 8 telah melakukan perumusan dan penentuan program maintenance melalui sebuah analisa efek kegagalan suatu peralatan dan konsekuensinya apabila terjadi pada peralatan power plant melalui pendekatan analisa Realibility Centered Maintenance (RCM). Analisa penentuan program maintenance tersebut diatas telah berjalan 75% dan menghasilkan tambahan jumlah program maintenance lebih besar 20 % dari jumlah program sebelumnya, dengan komposisi tipe preventive maintenance sampai dengan 80%. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan model penjadwalan program preventive maintenance dengan pengelompokan jenis-jenis maintenance ke dalam 4 kategori: on-line maintenance, equipment shutdown, short outage dan plant shutdown/outage. Model ini diterapkan dalam sistem teknologi informasi Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) dengan aplikasi software Engica dengan mempertimbangkan penekanan seminimal mungkin terjadinya kerugian pendapatan perusahaan (lost revenue) berdasarkan komponen-komponen penghasilan penjualan listrik yang terdiri dari komponen Plant Availibiliy, Operation and Maintenance, Energy, dan Investasi

Maintenance is an important part of a company, especially to support the smooth operation of power plant processes, and the maintenance strategy itself is important to determine in ensuring the complete success of the company. PLTU Paiton units 7 and 8 are steam power plants with a capacity of 2 and continuously with a stable level of quality, especially through the extra high voltage network of 500 kV Java-Bali. This condition places maintenance as a vital part in supporting this goal. The Paiton 7 and 8 power plants have formulated and determined a maintenance program through an analysis of the effects of equipment failure and the consequences if it occurs on the power plant equipment through a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis approach. The analysis of determining the maintenance program mentioned above has run 75% and resulted in an additional number of maintenance programs that is 20% greater than the number of previous programs, with a preventive maintenance type composition of up to 80%. In this research, a preventive maintenance program scheduling model was designed by grouping maintenance types into 4 categories: on-line maintenance, equipment shutdown, short outage and plant shutdown/outage. This model is implemented in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) information technology system with the Engica software application by taking into account the minimum possible emphasis on lost revenue based on the components of electricity sales income which consist of Plant Availability, Operation and Maintenance, Energy components. , and Investment
