Abstract

Penyakit Ginjal Kronis (PGK) adalah masalah kesehatan global serius. Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) memungkinkan pasien menjalani dialisis mandiri, meningkatkan kualitas hidup hingga 90%.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a serious global health problem. Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) allows patients to undergo self-dialysis, improving quality of life by up to 90%. However, the risk of CAPD complications remains high due to negligence and lack of monitoring. Application SahabatCAPD was developed to record fluid replacement and monitor the patient's health via Android, as well as to provides a monitoring platform for hospitals. Because it is only accessible to Android users, this application was modified using Progressive Web Apps (PWA) technology so that it can be accessed directly through the web. directly through the web. Powered by React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, this application functions optimally on various devices. This development is expected to improve monitoring efficiency reduce the risk of complications, and provide practical solutions for medical personnel in responding to the condition of CKD patients.
