Abstract

Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur merupakan instansi pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab terhadap Pendidikan menengah atas di Jawa Timur. Dinas Pendidikan sendiri memiliki
beberapa sub bagan yang bertanggung jawab atas tugas dari masing masing sub bagan itu sendiri. Salah satunya adalah UPT Teknnologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Pendidikan atau disingkat UPT TIKP, UPT TIKP sendiri mempunyai tugas utama yaitu Melaksanakan pengembangan dan pendayagunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk pendidikan. Dalam UPT TIKP sendiri ada beberapa kegiatan rutin tahunan yaitu menangani proses jalannya PPDB SMA, melakukan podcast terkait pendidikan, melakukan sosialisasi teknologi kepada siswa ataupun guru SMA. Dalam kegiatan Kerja Praktik ini kami mengambil bagian dalam proses PPDB, membuat alat bantu pendidikan, dan melihat bagaimana proses berjalannya suatu rekaman / podcast yang di adakan di UPT TIKP

The East Java Provincial Education Department is a government agency responsible for upper secondary education in East Java. The Education Department itself has several subdivisions responsible for their respective tasks. One of them is the UPT Technology, Information, and Communication for Education, abbreviated as UPT TIKP. UPT TIKP's main task is to develop and utilize information and communication technology for education. Within UPT TIKP, there are several routine annual activities, such as handling the PPDB SMA process, conducting educational podcasts, and organizing technology socialization for high school students or teachers. During this internship, we took part in the PPDB process, created educational tools, and observed how a recording/podcast session is conducted at UPT TIKP.
