Abstract

Mata kuliah kerja praktik menjadi salah satu kurikulum wajib yang harus ditempuh oleh mahasiswa S-1 Teknik Sipil ITS Surabaya. Seluruh kegiatan kerja praktik yang dilakukan berada dibawah pantauan dari PT. Cipta Karya Bhakti pada Proyek Pembangunan Cipta Office selama 2 bulan. Proyek pembangunan Cipta Office adalah kantor 5 lantai sebagai perluasan area klinik M2C Dental yang berada di sebelah Jl. Kapuas No. 14. Kerja praktik dilaksanakan ketika proyek berada pada minggu ke-41 (progress proyek 21,05%) hingga ke-49 (progress proyek 30,31%). Adapun pekerjaan yang dilakukan selama kerja praktik adalah pekerjaan struktur atas yaitu pekerjaan balok, pelat, dan kolom. Selama pelaksanaan kerja praktik, penulis ditugaskan dalam pekerjaan site engineer, seperti mapping progress, checklist, perhitungan bar bending schedule, perhitungan volume, uji horizontality balok dan verticality kolom, dan memeriksa kesesuaian penulangan pelat lantai (wiremesh) dengan standar SNI 2847:2019. Dari kerja praktik ini, didapatkan bahwa perencanaan dari konsultan perencana tidak selalu sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada di lapangan sehingga diperlukan penyesuaian metode pelaksanaan oleh pihak pelaksana.

Practical work courses are one of the compulsory curricula that must be taken by undergraduate students of Civil Engineering ITS Surabaya. All practical work activities carried out are under the supervision of PT Cipta Karya Bhakti on the Cipta Office Construction Project for 2 months. The Cipta Office construction project is a 5-story office as an expansion of the M2C Dental clinic area located next to Jl. Kapuas No. 14. Practical work was carried out when the project was in the 41st week (project progress 21.05%) to the 49th (project progress 30.31%). The work carried out during the practical work was the upper structure work, specifically beam, plate, and column work. During the practical work, the author was assigned to site engineer work, such as mapping progress, checklists, bar bending schedule calculations, volume calculations, beam horizontality and column verticality tests, and checking the suitability of floor plate reinforcement (wiremesh) with SNI 2847: 2019 standards. From this practical work, it is found that the planning from the planning consultant does not always match the conditions in the field so that adjustments to the implementation method are needed by the supervisor.
