Abstract

Kepemilikan kendaraan pribadi di Kota Surabaya terus meningkat seiring meningkatnya jumlah penduduk. Hal ini meningkatkan volume kendaraan di jalan sehingga menyebabkan kemacetan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pemerintah meluncurkan Feeder Wira Wiri, Suroboyo Bus, Bus Trans Semanggi, dan Bus Trans Jatim. Berdasarkan observasi, transportasi umum tersebut belum maksimal dalam integrasi antarmoda, sehingga diperlukan analisis kepuasan pengguna untuk meningkatkan integrasi dan konektivitas transportasi umum di rute dengan pergerakan terbanyak yaitu rute Arah Purabaya-Rajawali. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap integrasi dan konektivitas Feeder Wira Wiri, Suroboyo Bus, Bus Trans Semanggi, dan Bus Trans Jatim di Kota Surabaya rute Arah Purabaya-Rajawali. Metode pada analisis ini akan menggunakan CSI, IPA, Kano, dan QFD. Selain itu, pada analisis digunakan regresi logistik biner untuk mengetahui probabilitas perpindahan pengguna dari kendaraan pribadi ke transportasi umum. Dari hasil analisis, indeks kepuasan pelayanan didapatkan sebesar 68.01% dan seluruh atribut integrasi memiliki nilai gap negatif. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengguna jasa merasa puas, namun tingkat kepuasannya masih belum memenuhi harapan mereka. Selain itu, pemetaan preferensi pengguna terhadap atribut integrasi dengan rincian 1 atribut dengan kategori must be, 11 atribut dengan kategori one dimensional, dan 4 atribut dengan kategori attractive. Berdasarkan analisa QFD, didapatkan prioritas atribut integrasi yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu: memperbaiki dan menambahkan fasilitas pendukung untuk mengakses lokasi transfer bagi pengguna umum, disabilitas, lansia, dan wanita hamil; penambahan lokasi transfer untuk pelayanan perpindahan antar moda yang aman dan nyaman; penambahan rambu untuk transfer antar layanan di lokasi transfer; penyesuaian jadwal operasional dengan jadwal dari transportasi umum lainnya; perbaikan waktu tunggu angkutan umum; menyediakan sistem tarif terintegrasi; penambahan informasi layanan antar layanan di lokasi transfer dan smartphone; penambahan armada transportasi umum; penyediaan wayfinding di lokasi transfer; penambahan informasi layanan antar layanan di dalam transportasi umum; menyeragamkan metode pembayaran. Probabilitas pengguna yang tidak setiap hari menggunakan transportasi umum dan mau berpindah ke transportasi umum berdasarkan taraf signifikan 5% diantaranya responden dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki memiliki probabilitas sebesar 5.43%, responden dengan usia 40 tahun dan 50 tahun masing-masing memiliki probabilitas sebesar 54.7% dan 80.6%, serta responden dengan maksud perjalanan untuk bekerja memiliki probabilitas sebesar 17.2%.

Private vehicle ownership in Surabaya City continues to increase along with the increase in population. This increases the volume of vehicles on the road, causing congestion. To overcome this, the government launched Feeder Wira Wiri, Suroboyo Bus, Trans Semanggi Bus, and Trans Jatim Bus. Based on observations, public transportation has not maximized intermodal integration, so user satisfaction analysis is needed to improve integration and connectivity of public transportation on the route with the most movement, namely Purabaya-Rajawali route. This analysis aims to obtain the level of satisfaction of service users with the integration and connectivity of the Feeder Wira Wiri, Suroboyo Bus, Trans Semanggi Bus, and Trans Jatim Bus in Surabaya City on the Purabaya-Rajawali route. The method for this analysis will use CSI, IPA, Kano, and QFD. In addition, in the analysis binary logistic regression was used to determine the probability of users moving from private vehicles to public transportation. From the analysis results, the service satisfaction index was obtained at 68.01% and all integration attributes had a negative gap value. This indicates that service users are satisfied, but the level of satisfaction still does not meet their expectations. Apart from that, mapping user preferences for integration attributes with details of 1 attribute in the must-be category, 11 attributes in the one-dimensional category, and 4 attributes in the attractive category. Based on the QFD analysis, priority integration attributes that need to be improved were obtained, namely: improving and adding supporting facilities to access transfer locations for general users, people with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women; additional transfer locations for safe and comfortable intermodal transfer services; additional signs for transfers between services at transfer locations; adjusting operational schedules to other public transportation schedules; improving public transport waiting times; providing an integrated tariff system; additional service information between services at transfer locations and smartphones; addition of public transportation fleet; provision of wayfinding at transfer locations; additional service information between services in public transportation; uniform payment methods. The probability of users who do not use public transportation every day and are willing to switch to public transportation is based on a significance level of 5%, of which respondents with male gender have a probability of 5.43%, respondents aged 40 years and 50 years each have a probability of 54.7%. and 80.6%, and respondents to travel for work have a probability of 17.2%.
