Abstract
Setiap tahunnya industri di Indonesia berkembang pesat di berbagai sektor, hal ini juga menyebabkan persaingan yang semakin ketat dari perusahaan lokal maupun asing. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia harus meningkatkan kualitasnya, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang baik karena dapat meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas dan kualitas pelayanan. Oleh karena itu suatu perusahaan perlu melakukan pengukuran beban kerja. Kasus beban kerja ini menjadi fokus di PT Pertamina Hulu Energi karena pegawai fungsi Pengadaan memiliki tanggung jawab yang terlalu besar dalam waktu yang singkat sehingga mengakibatkan tertundanya proses dalam Pengadaan. Karena permasalahan tersebut maka pengukuran beban kerja perlu dilakukan dengan 2 metode yaitu Full Time Equivalent dan NASA-TLX. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 29% (5) beban kerja yang overload dan 71% (12) diantaranya mempunyai beban kerja normal. Untuk Asst. Manajer Pengadaan, hasilnya adalah 43% (5) diantaranya mengalami beban kerja overload dan 57% (8) diantaranya memiliki beban kerja normal. Sedangkan untuk metode NASA-TLX menunjukkan 82% berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan 18% berada pada kategori tinggi.

Every year, industry in Indonesia develops rapidly in various sectors, this also causes increasingly fierce competition from local and foreign companies. This is why companies in Indonesia must improve their quality, one of the ways is to have a good human resource because it can improve productivity levels and service quality. That is why a company needs to do workload measurements. This workload case became focused in PT Pertamina Hulu Energi because employees of Procurement function have an excessive responsibility in such amount of little time that resulted in delayed process in Procurement. Because of these problems, workload measurements need to be done with 2 methods which are Full Time Equivalent and NASA-TLX. The research results show that there is 29% (5) of overload workload and 71% (12) of them have a normal workload. For Asst. Manager Procurement, the result is that 43% (5) of them experiencing overload workload and 57% (8) of them have a normal workload. Meanwhile for NASA-TLX method shows that 82% of them are in the category very high, and 18% of them in the high category.
