Abstract
Konteks: Layanan Ride-hailing Application (RHA) telah mengubah paradigma transportasi, sehingga industri RHA tumbuh pesat. Hal ini disebabkan oleh masyarakat yang mulai meninggalkan taksi konvensional dan beralih ke RHA karena dinilai lebih praktis dan ekonomis, menyebabkan pelanggan lebih puas dengan RHA. Permasalahan: Industri RHA saat ini sedang memasuki titik penutupan, di mana penyedia RHA rintisan mulai berguguran dan menyisakan penyedia RHA besar. Penyedia RHA yang sudah besar pun masih jauh dari kata aman dengan melihat kegagalan Uber untuk bertahan di pasar RHA Indonesia. Sehingga, dibutuhkan sebuah penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor potensial yang dapat mempengaruhi attitude dan reuse intention pengguna terhadap RHA agar layanan tersebut dapat bertahan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model yang menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap pelanggan dengan signifikan serta kaitannya dengan reuse intention pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada RHA untuk memperbaiki/meningkatkan faktor tersebut guna mempertahankan sikap positif pelanggan. Data dan Metode: Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuesioner melalui media sosial kepada responden yang berdomisili di Indonesia dan berusia minimal 18 tahun serta pernah menggunakan layanan RHA. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, compatibility dan personal innovativeness memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap attitude. Attitude juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap reuse intention. Nilai tambah/Manfaat: Nilai tambah penelitian ini yaitu kebaruan dalam variabel yang mempengaruhi sikap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi perusahaan RHA guna membantu mengidentifikasi faktor yang diharapkan pengguna. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya

Context: Ride-hailing Application (RHA) services have changed the transportation paradigm, so that the RHA industry is growing rapidly. This is caused by people starting to abandon conventional taxis and switch to RHA because they are considered more practical and economical, causing customers to be more satisfied with RHA. Problem: The RHA industry is currently entering a closing point, where pioneering RHA providers are starting to leave, leaving behind large RHA providers. Even large RHA providers are still far from safe considering Uber's failure to survive in the Indonesian RHA market. So, research is needed to analyze potential factors that can influence users' attitudes and reuse intentions towards RHA so that the service can survive. Objective: This research aims to develop a model that analyzes factors that significantly influence customer attitudes and their relationship to customer reuse intention. This research also aims to provide recommendations to RHA to improve/improve these factors in order to maintain positive customer attitudes. Data and Methods: Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via social media to respondents who live in Indonesia and are at least 18 years old and have used RHA services. The data was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Results: This research found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, compatibility and personal innovativeness had a significant influence on attitude. Attitude also has a significant influence on reuse intention. Added value/Benefits: The added value of this research is the novelty of the variables that influence customer attitudes. This research is useful for RHA companies to help identify factors that users expect. This research can also be a reference for further research development
