Abstract
Dalam konteks globalisasi yang menuntut perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dalam persaingan perdagangan global, manajemen rantai pasokan memegang peranan penting dalam memastikan efisiensi dan efektivitas aliran barang, uang, dan informasi. Manajemen ini terintegrasi dari supplier hingga konsumen akhir, melibatkan aliran fisik barang, keuangan, dan informasi yang saling terkait untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan biaya yang efisien sambil mempertahankan kualitas. Kemitraan strategis antar pelaku industri menjadi kunci dalam mencapai sumber daya strategis dan memperlancar pergerakan barang. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam pemilihan pemasok di industri konstruksi, dimana AHP memungkinkan pemangku kepentingan untuk menimbang dan memprioritaskan kriteria seperti kualitas, biaya, pengiriman, fleksibilitas, dan daya tanggap, yang mendukung pemilihan pemasok yang optimal. Dengan integrasi metode AHP, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan pemasok, sehingga berkontribusi pada pengurangan risiko dan optimasi hasil proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini berpotensi memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana manajemen rantai pasokan yang efektif dapat mendorong kesuksesan proyek dalam sektor konstruksi yang dinamis dan berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat beberapa kriteria yang digunakan dengan bobot sebagai berikut: Costs (0,209), Delivery (0,046), Quality (0,157), Reputation (0,075), Flexibility (0,084), Capability (0,04), Supplier Characteristics (0,034), Service (0,086), Finance (0,191), Information and Communication (0,036), Sustainability (0,042). Kemudian untuk pemilihan supplier besi beton, prioritas supplier ditetapkan sebagai berikut: Supplier Besi A (0,390), Supplier Besi B (0,309), dan Supplier Besi C (0,301). Dalam kasus beton ready mix, urutan prioritasnya adalah Supplier RMC A (0,299), Supplier RMC B (0,240), Supplier RMC D (0,231), dan Supplier RMC C (0,230). Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa supplier besi A dan supplier RMC A menjadi prioritas supplier untuk perusahaan dan melakukan kerjasama jangka panjang sehingga harga satuan dapat dikendalikan dalam kurun waktu tertentu.

In the context of globalization which requires companies to adapt to global trade competition, supply chain management plays an important role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the flow of goods, money and information. This management is integrated from supplier to final consumer, involving the interrelated flow of physical goods, finances and information to meet consumer needs cost-efficiently while maintaining quality. Strategic partnerships between industry players are the key to achieving strategic resources and expediting the movement of goods. This research explores the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in supplier selection in the construction industry, where AHP allows stakeholders to weigh and prioritize criteria such as quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness, which supports optimal supplier selection. By integrating the AHP method, this research aims to improve the decision-making process in supplier selection, thereby contributing to risk reduction and optimization of construction project results. This research has the potential to provide deep insight into how effective supply chain management can drive project success in a dynamic and sustainable construction sector. Based on the research results, there are several criteria used with the following weights: Costs (0.209), Delivery (0.046), Quality (0.157), Reputation (0.075), Flexibility (0.084), Capability (0.04), Supplier Characteristics (0.034 ), Service (0.086), Finance (0.191), Information and Communication (0.036), Sustainability (0.042). Then for selecting concrete iron suppliers, supplier priorities are determined as follows: Supplier Rebar A (0.390), Supplier Rebar B (0.309), and Supplier Rebar C (0.301). In the case of ready mix concrete, the priority order is Supplier RMC A (0.299), Supplier RMC B (0.240), Supplier RMC D (0.231), and Supplier RMC C (0.230). This research suggests that supplier rebar A and supplier RMC A become priority suppliers for the company and conduct long-term cooperation so that unit prices can be controlled within a certain period of time.
