Abstract

Pada suatu proses bisnis dalam perusahaan, manajemen hubungan dengan supplier menjadi bagian yang strategis dalam proses pengadaan terutama bagi perusahaan yang bekerja sama dengan banyak supplier. Setiap supplier memiliki kriteria dan kontribusi yang berbeda-beda terhadap perusahaan, oleh karena itu untuk menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan supplier dibutuhkan Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) untuk membantu dalam merancang strategi yang sesuai dengan masing-masing supplier tersebut. Namun sayangnya perusahan PT Rekayasa Industri belum mempertimbangkan kondisi dari barang maupun karakteristik dari masing-masing supplier, sehingga setiap supplier diberi perlakuan yang sama tanpa ada pembedaan strategi pengadaan untuk masing-masing supplier. Oleh karena itu hal tersebut dapat berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dalam penanganan supplier seperti pemborosan biaya . Pada penelitian ini, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menyusun perencanaan portofolio hubungan supplier adalah Supplier Portofolio Matrix (Kraljic Matrix) yang diintergrasikan dengan BWM untuk menghitung bobot kriteria supplier. Pendekatan kombinasi tersebut dapat menghasilkan keputusan dengan tingkat konsistensi yang tinggi dengan adanya model optimasi tunggal yang berlawanan arah yakni dengan kriteria terbaik dan terburuk. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini, maka diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi model pengadaan yang sesuai dengan hasil klasifikasi yang dapat berdampak pada hubungan dengan supplier serta profit impact dari perusahaan.

In a business process within a company, relationship management with suppliers is a strategic part of the procurement process, especially for companies that work with many suppliers. Each supplier has different criteria and contributions to the company, therefore to establish good relationships with suppliers, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is needed to help in designing strategies that suit each supplier. However, unfortunately the PT Rekayasa Industri company has not considered the condition of the goods or the characteristics of each supplier, so that each supplier is given the same treatment without any differentiation in procurement strategies for each supplier. Therefore, this could potentially lead to errors in handling suppliers such as wasting costs. In this research, the approach used in preparing supplier relationship portfolio planning is the Supplier Portfolio Matrix (Kraljic Matrix) which is integrated with BWM to calculate the weight of supplier criteria. This combination approach can produce decisions with a high level of consistency with the existence of a single optimization model in opposite directions, namely with best and worst criteria. By carrying out this research, it is hoped that we can provide recommendations for procurement models that are in accordance with the classification results which can have an impact on relationships with suppliers and the company's profit impact.
