Abstract

Manajemen proyek merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu proyek, terutama perencanaan dan penjadwalan proyek. Perencanaan dan penjadwalan ini memengaruhi pada alokasi waktu, biaya, dan resource lainnya yang menentukan keberhasilan sebuah proyek. Pada penelitian ini menganalisis penjadwalan Proyek Pekerjaan HDPE Wrapping pada Proyek Proyek EJMT Phase 1A - 1B Development Lamongan Shorebase menggunakan metode Kurva S, Critical Path Method (CPM), dan Program Evaluation Review Techniques (PERT). Penjadwalan Kurva S dilakukan menggunakan software Ms. Project. Penjadwalan CPM akan dilakukan manual menggunakan Ms. Excel dan dibantu dengan Ms. Project. Hasil analisis Kurva S menunjukan rencana presentase progress proyek setiap minggunya dengan estimasi durasi proyek selama 20 Minggu dan estimasi biaya Rp5.071.699.118. Analisis menggunakan metode CPM menunjukan bahwa proyek dapat diselesaikan dalam 164 hari dengan lintasan kritis mobilisasi - 2 layer HDPE Protection Pile H19-H50 - 2 layer HDPE Protection Pile G19-G50 - 2 layer HDPE Protection Pile F19-F50 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile E1-E18 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile D1-D18 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile C1-C18 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile B1-B18 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile A1-A18 – demobilisasi – reporting. Probabilitas penyelesaian proyek yang dihitung menggunakan metode PERT adalah sebesar 84.61%. Dengan demikian penjadwalan proyek menggunakan metode Kurva S dan CPM dapat menghasilkan perencanaan penjadwalan yang lengkap, mencakup rencana presentase progress setiap minggu, estimasi waktu mulai dan selesai, serta estimasi total biaya proyek.

Project management is one of the important factors in determining the success of a project, especially project planning and scheduling. This planning and scheduling affect the allocation of time, costs, and other resources that determine the success of a project. In this study, the scheduling of the HDPE Wrapping Work Project in the EJMT Phase 1A - 1B Development Lamongan Shorebase Project uses the S Curve method, Critical Path Method (CPM), and Program Evaluation Review Techniques (PERT). Scheduling the S Curve is done using Ms. Project software. CPM scheduling will be done manually using Ms. Excel and assisted by Ms. Project. The results of the S-Curve analysis show a weekly project progress percentage plan with an estimated project duration of 20 weeks and an estimated cost of IDR 5,071,699,118. Analysis using the CPM method shows that the project can be completed in 164 days with a critical trajectory of mobilization - 2 layers HDPE Protection Pile H19-H50 - 2 layers HDPE Protection Pile G19-G50 - 2 layers HDPE Protection Pile F19-F50 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile E1-E18 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile D1-D18 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile C1-C18 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile B1-B18 - 1 layer HDPE Protection Pile A1-A18 – demobilization – reporting. The probability of project completion calculated using the PERT method is 84.61%. Thus, project scheduling using the S Curve and CPM methods can produce a complete scheduling plan, including a weekly progress percentage plan, an estimated start and finish time, and an estimate of the total project cost.
