Abstract

Wirawiri Suroboyo merupakan sebuah solusi moda transportasi massal sebagai alternatif pengganti moda transportasi pribadi. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi Wirawiri Suroboyo rute/koridor Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo – Gunung Anyar dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya serta membawa keuntungan bagi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dan masyarakat Surabaya, maka halte/tempat perhentian dan rute harus melewati daerah yang benar-benar membutuhkan moda transportasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memetakan pengembangan kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) pada rute/koridor Teriminal Intermoda Joyoboyo – Gunung Anyar Wirawiri Suroboyo dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Selanjutnya, hasil dari proses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menganalisis halte/tempat perhentian dan rute alternatif pada rute/koridor Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo – Gunung Anyar Wirawiri Suroboyo dengan metode Network Analysis. Berdasarkan pemetaan pengembangan kawasan TOD menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) diperoleh bobot kriteria density 0,158; kriteria diversity 0,331; kriteria distance to transit stations and stops 0,436; dan kriteria demography 0,075. Setelah pengolahan parameter tersebut, dilakukan pengolahan menggunakan Network Analysis dan didapatkan rekomendasi dua lokasi perencanaan halte/tempat perhentian baru, yaitu di Jalan Raya Kedung Asem dan Raya Nginden. Kemudian didapatkan rute alternatif Wirawiri Suroboyo pada rute/koridor Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo – Gunung Anyar. Rute alternatif tersebut meliputi Joyoboyo – Raya Darmo – Raya Diponegoro – Raya Darmo – Marmoyo – Darmo Kali – Bengawan – Raya Ngagel – Bung Tomo – Ngagel Jaya Selatan – Manyar – Raya Nginden – Panjang Jiwo – Raya Kalirungkut – Rungkut Puskesmas – Kedung Asem – Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno – Pandugo – Penjaringan Sari – Penjaringan Asri II – Rungkut Asri Timur V – Rungkut Asri Timur XVII – Raya Medokan Sawah – Gunung Anyar Tambak Utara I – Raya Wiguna Timur – Gunung Anyar Tambak – Gunung Anyar Sawah – Gunung Anyar Timur – Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno – Gunung Anyar Timur dengan jarak tempuh 38,5 km, total waktu tempuh rute alternatif dan asumsi waktu berhenti 2 jam 17 menit 35 detik saat jalan sepi dan 2 jam 43 menit saat jalan ramai. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memudahkan perencanaan halte/tempat perhentian baru dan rute alternatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengembangan Wirawiri Suroboyo, serta pengembangan kawasan TOD pada rute/koridor Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo-Gunung Anyar.

Wirawiri Suroboyo is a mass transportation mode solution as an alternative to private transportation modes. To increase the efficiency of the Wirawiri Suroboyo route/corridor Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo – Gunung Anyar and can be used as well as bring benefits to the Surabaya City Government and the people of Surabaya, the bus stops and routes must pass through areas that really need this mode of transportation. Therefore, this study maps the development of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area on the Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo – Gunung Anyar Wirawiri Suroboyo route/corridor using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Furthermore, the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to analyze bus stops and alternative routes on the route/corridor of the Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo – Gunung Anyar Wirawiri Suroboyo using the Network Analysis method. Based on the mapping of the development of the TOD area using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the weight of the density criterion was 0.158; diversity criteria 0.331; distance to transit stations and stops criteria 0.436; and demography criteria of 0.075. After processing these parameters, processing was carried out using Network Analysis and recommendations were obtained for two new bus stop planning locations, namely on Jalan Raya Kedung Asem and Raya Nginden. After that, an alternative route to Wirawiri Suroboyo was obtained on the Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo – Gunung Anyar route/corridor. The alternative routes include Joyoboyo – Raya Darmo – Raya Diponegoro – Raya Darmo – Marmoyo – Darmo Kali – Bengawan – Raya Ngagel – Tomo – Ngagel Jaya Selatan – Manyar – Raya Nginden – Panjang Jiwo – Raya Kalirungkut – Rungkut Puskesmas – Kedung Asem – Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno – Pandugo – Penjaringan Sari – Penjaringan Asri II – Rungkut Asri Timur V – Rungkut Asri Timur XVII – Raya Medokan Sawah – Gunung Anyar Tambak Utara I – Raya Wiguna Timur – Gunung Anyar Tambak – Gunung Anyar Sawah – Gunung Anyar Timur – Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno – Gunung Anyar Timur with a total distance of 38.5 km, an alternative route travel time and an assumed stop time of 2 hours 17 minutes 35 seconds during light traffic, and 2 hours 43 minutes during heavy traffic. It is hoped that this research can facilitate the planning of new bus stops and alternative routes that align with the development needs of Wirawiri Suroboyo, as well as the development of TOD areas along the Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo - Gunung Anyar route/corridor.
