Abstract

Bus Trans Semanggi adalah salah satu solusi yang diupayakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk mengatasi kemacetan lalu lintas. Dalam pengoperasiannya, bus Trans Semanggi mencapai tingkat okupansi 70,6% pada koridor 2 (Universitas Negeri Surabaya/UNESA – Karang Menjangan – Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember/ITS). Tingkat okupansi tersebut dapat ditingkatkan dengan penyempurnaan sarana dan prasarana yang salah satunya adalah halte bus. Halte sebagai tempat pemberhentian dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk mencapai dan mengakes transportasi publik. Diperlukan evaluasi lokasi halte agar rute koridor 2 ini bisa lebih optimal. Konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan salah satu acuan yang dapat dipakai sebagai pertimbangan dalam evaluasi lokasi halte. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi halte atau Tempat Pemberhentian Bus (TPB) pada rute Bus Trans Semanggi Suroboyo koridor 2 yang meliputi pemetaan potensi kawasan TOD berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip TOD yaitu density, diversity, dan design menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan weighted overlay. Kemudian, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap halte atau TPB eksisting dan jangkauan area pelayanan berdasarkan potensi kawasan TOD tersebut menggunakan network analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peta sebaran halte atau TPB pada rute Trans Semanggi Suroboyo. Dalam evaluasi jangkauan area pelayanan, terdapat 2 lokasi yang belum terjangkau yaitu di Jl. HR. Muhammad dan Jl. Kertajaya. Namun, kedua lokasi tersebut termasuk ke dalam potensi kawasan TOD rendah sehingga belum direkomendasikan penambahan tempat pemberhentian. Terdapat satu rekomendasi tambahan pemberhentian di lokasi dengan potensi kawasan TOD yang tinggi yaitu di Jl. Yos Sudarso.

The Trans Semanggi Bus is one of the solutions sought by the Surabaya City Government to overcome traffic congestion. In operation, the Trans Semanggi bus reached an occupancy rate of 70.6% on corridor 2 (Surabaya State University/UNESA – Karang Menjangan – Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology/ITS). The occupancy level can be increased by improving facilities and infrastructure, one of which is bus stops. Bus stops as stopping places can make it easier for people to reach and access public transportation. It is necessary to evaluate the location of the bus stops so that the corridor 2 route can be more optimal. The Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept is a reference that can be used as a consideration in evaluating bus stop locations. In this research, an evaluation of bus stops or bus stops (TPB) was carried out on the Trans Semanggi Suroboyo bus route, corridor 2, which included mapping the potential of TOD areas based on TOD principles, namely density, diversity and design using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and weighted overlay methods. . Then, an evaluation of the existing bus stops or TPB and the service area coverage is carried out based on the potential of the TOD area using network analysis. The result of this research is a map of the distribution of stops or TPB on the Trans Semanggi Suroboyo route. In evaluating the coverage of the service area, there are 2 locations that have not been reached, namely on Jl. HR. Muhammad and Jl. Kertajaya. However, these two locations are included in potential low TOD areas so additional stopping places have not been recommended. There is one additional recommended stop at a location with high potential for TOD areas, namely on Jl. Yos Sudarso.
