Abstract
Instalasi Topside Platform merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting saat kegiatan konstruksi Offshore Platform. Dalam prosesnya instalasi topside platform ini terdapat risiko mulai dari aspek keselamatan (safety), aspek lingkungan (environtment), aspek bisnis (business). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko kecelakaan kerja pada instalasi topside platform PT XYZ menggunakan metode analisis Bowtie. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab potensial, konsekuensi dari kecelakaan, serta langkah-langkah pengendalian yang tepat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan personel terkait, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor risiko utama termasuk kegagalan peralatan, kesalahan manusia, dan kondisi lingkungan. Konsekuensi yang mungkin meliputi kerusakan pada fasilitas, cedera serius, bahkan hilangnya nyawa. Langkah-langkah pengendalian yang direkomendasikan meliputi penerapan prosedur keselamatan yang ketat, pelatihan karyawan secara berkala, dan pemeliharaan rutin peralatan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi PT XYZ dalam meningkatkan keselamatan dan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja di instalasi topside platform mereka.

Topside Platform installation is one of the important activities during Offshore Platform construction activities. In the topside platform installation process, risks start from safety aspects, environmental aspects, and business aspects. This study aims to analyze the risk of work accidents at the topside platform installation of PT XYZ using the Bowtie analysis method. This method is utilized to identify potential causative factors, consequences of accidents, and appropriate control measures. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with relevant personnel, and documentation studies. The analysis results indicate that the main risk factors include equipment failure, human error, and environmental conditions. Potential consequences may include damage to facilities, serious injuries, and even loss of life. Recommended control measures include the implementation of strict safety procedures, periodic employee training, and routine equipment maintenance. This research provides valuable insights for PT XYZ in enhancing safety and reducing the risk of work accidents at their topside platform installations.
