Abstract
PT Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur yang memanfaatkan transformasi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, optimalisasi fasilitas serta membantu organisasi dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis dengan cepat. Namun terdapat tantangan baru dalam penerapan transformasi digital yaitu meningkatnya ketergantungan pada teknologi informasi (TI) dan memicu tingginya potensi ancaman terhadap keamanan informasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang baik dalam pengelolaan keamanan informasi. Metode penelitian berdasarkan kerangka kerja Control Objectives for Information Technologies (COBIT) versi 2019 sebagai panduan terbaik dalam mengelola tata kelola teknologi informasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan berapa tahapan, meliputi pengumpulan data melalui observasi dokumen kebijakan serta wawancara kepada karyawan Departemen BEICT (Business Enables & Information Communication Technology) yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan layanan serta pemeliharaan aset digital perusahaan. Evaluasi tingkat kematangan dilakukan pada 8 objektive prioritas yang terdiri dari EDM03, EDM05, APO12, APO13, APO14, BAI09, DSS05, dan MEA04 berdasarkan hasil penilaian design factor. Hasil analisis berdasarkan aktivitas domain terpilih, tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI berada di angka 2,54 (managed). Mengindikasikan bahwa organisasi telah mengelola dan menerapkan aktivitas keamanan informasi, namun terdapat aktivitas yang belum memiliki kebijakan ataupun prosedur tertulis. Dengan rekomendasi berupa usulan perbaikan terhadap aspek people, process dan teknologi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI dalam mengurangi risiko keamanan informasi dalam mendukung program transformasi digital.

PT Krakatau Steel (persero) Tbk is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry that utilizes digital transformation to improve efficiency, optimize facilities and assist organizations in making business decisions quickly. However, there are new challenges in the implementation of digital transformation, namely increasing dependence on information technology (IT) and triggering high potential threats to information security. Therefore, information technology governance is needed in information security management. The research method is based on the Control Objectives for Information Technologies (COBIT) framework 2019 version as the best practice in managing information technology governance. The research was carried out in several stages, including data collection through observation of policy documents and interviews with employees of the BEICT (Business Enables & Information Communication Technology) Department are responsible for the management of services and the maintenance of the company's digital assets. The evaluation of maturity level was carried out on 8 priority objectives consisting of EDM03, EDM05, APO12, APO13, APO14, BAI09, DSS05, and MEA04 based on the results of the design factor assessment. The results of the analysis based on the activities of the selected domains, the maturity level of IT governance is at 2.54 (managed). Indicates that the organization has managed and implemented information security activities, but there are activities that do not have written policies or procedures. With recommendations in the form of proposals for improvements to the aspects of people, processes and technology, it is hoped that it can increase the level of maturity of IT governance in reducing information security risks in supporting digital transformation programs.
