Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan fabrikasi berencana untuk melakukan Konstruksi Struktur Topside dengan berat melebihi 19.000 ton, berdasarkan laporan soil investigation report Ditemukan bahwa pondasi pada area fabrikasi sebelumnya digunakan untuk konstruksi struktur dengan berat 17.500 ton. Berdasarkan pertimbangan berat struktur tersebut, perlu dikaji ulang apakah area fabrikasi tersebut mampu untuk melakukan konstruksi struktur Topside sampai dengan dilakukannya Loadout. Selama proses analisis yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa Kapasitas daya dukung tanah pada lapangan fabrikasi berada di angka 6108,99 MT Pada Row Support 1 Sedangkan Kapasitas Minimum daya dukung tanah selama proses Fabrikasi Hingga Loadout Pada Row support 1 berada di angka 6776,08 MT. Sehingga perlu dilakukan Modifikasi pada area Loadout. Dalam Proses mengkaji kekuatan Pondasi tanah terhadap beban struktur, dibuat juga Model perencanaan Support yang akan digunakan untuk menopang struktur topside selama proses fabrikasi dan juga dalam melakukan Loadout sehingga kesesuaian struktur dan support akan berpengaruh dalam proses pengkajian kekuatan Pondasi tanah dalam mengurai Potensi terjadinya kegagalan.Dalam proses analisis struktur Topside dan Support, pada Kondisi Settlement dalam tahap fabrikasi ditemukan adanya member yang mengalami Tegangan yang cukup tinggi dengan Nilai UC Sebesar 0,984 di member 2807-2808 pada deck leg diatas Row Support. Hal tersebut terjadi dikarenakan pada saat kondisi settlement berlangsung terjadi pergeseran titik berat struktur dengan ditemukan pada Row support tersebut saat kondisi Fabrikasi yang terjadi settlement Existing memiliki nilai joint reaction sebesar 4246,72 MT. Selama proses analisis pada Daya dukung Pondasi, struktur Topside dan struktur support. Didapatkan untuk Persentase kegagalan struktur sebelum modifikasi area Loadout sebesar 1,06% yang Dimana termasuk dalam kategori dapat terjadi kegagalan karena memiliki nilai diatas 1%.

In the process of assessing the strength of the soil foundation against the structural load, a Support planning model is also made that will be used to support the topside structure during the fabrication process and also in carrying out Loadout so that the suitability of the structure and support will affect the process of assessing the strength of the soil foundation in parsing the potential for failure.In the process of analyzing the Topside and Support structures, in the Settlement Condition in the fabrication stage it was found that there were members that experienced a high enough stress with a UC value of 0.984 in member 2807-2808 on the deck leg above the Row Support. This happened because during the settlement conditions there was a shift in the weight point of the structure found on the Row support when the Existing Fabrication conditions settlement occurred had a joint reaction value of 4246.72 MT. During the analysis process on the bearing capacity of the foundation, topside structure and support structure. Obtained for the percentage of structural failure before modification of the Loadout area of 1,68% which is included in the category of failure because it has a value above 1%.
