Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) menjadi prinsip dalam mengintegrasikan kepedulian sosial dan lingkungan ke dalam operasional bisnis. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi program CSR "Salt Centre Terintegrasi" oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) terhadap pengembangan masyarakat di Desa Banyusangka. Salt Centre Terintegrasi bertujuan untuk pengembangan masyarakat pesisir agar dapat memiliki pekerjaan sampingan selain menjadi nelayan serta telah meraih PROPER EMAS pada tahun 2022 dan 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi strategi implementasi program CSR oleh PHE WMO dan bagaimana dampaknya terhadap pengembangan masyarakat di Desa Banyusangka. Hasil penelitian ini mengetahui bahwa strategi yang digunakan PT PHE WMO berupa explore, design, engage, evaluate, dan reward & communication. Mayoritas penduduk Desa Banyusangka berprofesi sebagai nelayan, sehingga karakteristik masyarakat nelayan mempengaruhi implementasi program Salt Centre Terintegrasi. Selanjutnya, implementasi CSR Salt Centre Terintegrasi yang strategis berdampak positif pada perubahan yang ada pada Desa Banyusangka dan perbaikan terhadap aspek pengembangan masyarakat lokal.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a principle for integrating social and environmental concerns into business operations. This research examines the strategy of CSR program "Integrated Salt Centre" by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) for community development in Banyusangka Village. The Integrated Salt Centre aims to develop coastal communities to have side jobs in addition to being fishermen and also has achieved PROPER EMAS in 2022 and 2023. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore CSR program implementation strategy by PHE WMO and its impact on community development in Banyusangka Village. The results of this study reveal that PT PHE WMO uses a strategy consisting of explore, design, engage, evaluate, and reward & communication. Most Banyusangka’s residents are fishermen and the characteristics of fisherman community influence implementation process of Integrated Salt Centre program. Furthermore, strategic implementation of the Integrated Salt Centre CSR has a positive impact on changes in Banyusangka Village and improvements in aspects of local community development.
