Abstract

Koperasi Kopi Wonosalam merupakan wadah yang menaungi seluruh rantai pasokan kopi di Kabupaten Jombang, Wonosalam, mulai dari petani hingga pengemas kopi. Varietas kopi yang ditawarkan adalah Robusta, Arabika, dan Excelsa, dengan Kopi Excelsa sebagai produk unggulan yang telah diekspor ke berbagai negara seperti Jerman, Jepang, dan Malaysia. Untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen luar negeri, khususnya terkait sistem ketelusuran, Koperasi Kopi Wonosalam saat ini menggunakan metode manual dalam mendokumentasikan informasi pada kemasan produk. Namun, kompleksitas proses produksi yang melibatkan banyak pihak menuntut sistem ketelusuran yang lebih terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem ketelusuran yang lebih komprehensif dan user-friendly, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan user-centered design untuk memastikan sistem yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan Koperasi Kopi Wonosalam. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan akan digunakan oleh Administrator, Tim Ketelusuran, dan Konsumen. Hasil uji prototipe menunjukkan nilai SUS sebesar 76,5, yang mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi yang akan dibuat layak dan dapat diterima. Dengan sistem ketelusuran yang baru, diharapkan Koperasi Kopi Wonosalam dapat memenuhi tuntutan konsumen terkait transparansi dan keamanan produk, serta membangun fondasi yang kuat untuk keberlanjutan usaha.

Koperasi Kopi Wonosalam is an organization that covers the entire coffee supply chain in Jombang Regency, Wonosalam, from farmers to coffee packers. The coffee varieties offered are Robusta, Arabica, and Excelsa, with Excelsa coffee as the superior product which has been exported to various countries such as Germany, Japan, and Malaysia. To meet the demands of foreign consumers, especially regarding the traceability system, Koperasi Kopi Wonosalam currently uses manual methods to document information on product packaging. However, due to the complexity of the production process involving multiple parties, there is a need for a more structured and well-documented traceability system. This research aims to develop a more comprehensive and user-friendly traceability system, using a user-centered design approach to ensure the resulting system meets the needs of Koperasi Kopi Wonosalam. The application resulting from this research will be used by administrators, traceability teams, and consumers. The prototype test results show a SUS (System Usability Scale) value of 76,5, indicating that the proposed application is feasible and acceptable. With the new traceability system, Koperasi Kopi Wonosalam hopes to meet consumer needs for transparency and product safety, thereby establishing a robust foundation for business continuity.
