Abstract

Online Recruitment and Selection (ORS) semakin marak digunakan sebagai metode rekrutmen pekerjaan. Glints, sebagai salah satu platform untuk melakukan ORS, berkembang pesat dengan berbagai fitur pencarian pekerjaan dan konten edukatif. Glints memiliki potensi besar untuk terus meningkatkan bisnisnya terutama di Indonesia mengingat adanya kenaikan jumlah usia kerja setiap tahunnya. Namun, ulasan pengguna menyoroti beberapa masalah User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) pada situs Glints, seperti kesulitan menemukan fitur tertentu, kesulitan menemukan beberapa tombol, dan desain yang ada dirasa kurang menarik. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut dilakukan evaluasi usability testing dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Double Diamond dan Performance Measurement serta Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan website Glints telah memiliki performansi yang baik berdasarkan nilai overall relative efficiency-nya yang menunjukkan angka 85% dan tingkat keberhasilan pengguna yang menunjukkan nilai “Sangat Efektif”. Penilaian menggunakan metode SUMI juga menunjukkan bahwa pengguna memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang baik terhadap situs Glints. Namun, pada aspek efficiency dan learnability penilaian masih terbilang rendah sehingga dibutuhkan beberapa perbaikan. Desain rekomendasi perbaikan yang telah dibuat berdasarkan pendekatan Double Diamond menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat usability website Glints sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu acuan pengembangan website Glints di masa yang akan datang.

Online Recruitment and Selection (ORS) is increasingly being used in the job recruitment process. Glints, as one of the platforms to conduct ORS, is growing rapidly with various job search features and educational content. Glints has significant potential to further expand its business, especially in Indonesia, given the annual increase in the working-age population. However, user reviews highlight several issues with the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) on the Glints website, such as difficulty finding specific features, difficulty locating certain buttons, and an overall unattractive design. To address these issues, usability testing evaluation was conducted using the Double Diamond and Performance Measurement approaches, along with the Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI). The analysis results indicate that, overall, the Glints website performs well, with an overall relative efficiency score of 85% and a user success rate deemed "Very Effective." The SUMI assessment also shows that users have a high level of satisfaction with the Glints website. However, the scores for efficiency and learnability were relatively low, indicating the need for some improvements. The design improvement recommendations based on the Double Diamond approach demonstrated significant enhancements in the usability of the Glints website, which could serve as a valuable reference for future website development at Glints.
