Abstract

Transportasi laut di Indonesia dianggap sebagai “Urat Nadi” bagi perekonomian karena pulau di Indonesia terdiri dari 13.667 yang disatukan oleh lautan. Pelabuhan di Indonesia melayani berbagai kegiatan setiap harinya, termasuk layanan pemanduan, bongkar muat petikemas, curah, kargo, isi ulang bahan bakar, dan naik turun penumpang. Proses sandar merupakan kegiatan yang sulit dilakukan di pelabuhan. Kapal bermanuver menuju dermaga untuk melakukan bongkar muat akan tetapi, hal ini sulit dilakukan pada kapal yang memiliki ukurang besar. Ketika kapal memasuki proses sandar, dibutuhkan seorang ahli agar tidak terjadi insiden yang tidak diinginkan. Jika kapal tidak terkendali pada saat melakukan proses sandar, maka dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan baik pada dermaga maupun lambung kapal. Penelitian ini menggunakan perancangan sistem kendali Logika Fuzzy untuk digunakan pada kapal Ro-ro Mutiara Ferindo I. Aktuator yang dikendalikan pada penelitian ini adalah rudder. Pengujian yang dilakukan teridir atas uji open loop, close loop, uji lintasan tanpa gangguan dan uji lintasan degnan gangguan gelombang laut. Gangguan yang diberikan saat simulasi adalah 1,25 meter dan 2 meter dengan arah gelombang dari Timur menuju Barat. Metode Logika Fuzzy memiliki performansi baik dengan nilai error sandar rata rata tanpa gangguan dan dengan gangguan gelombang 1,25 meter sebesar 1,66 meter. Hal ini sudah memenuhi permitted radius yaitu kurang dari <0,5 Lpp atau 77,5 meter.

Sea transportation in Indonesia is considered the "lifeblood" of the economy as the country's 13.667 islands are united by the ocean. Ports in Indonesia serve a variety of activities every day, including pilotage services, loading and unloading of containers, bulk, cargo, refueling, and embarking and disembarking passengers. The berthing process is a difficult activity to perform in a port. Vessels maneuver to the dock for loading and unloading but this is difficult for large vessels. When the ship enters the berthing process, an expert is needed so that unwanted incidents do not occur. If the ship is not controlled during the docking process, it can cause accidents both on the dock and the hull. This research uses the design of a Fuzzy Logic control system to be used on the Mutiara Ferindo I Ro-ro ship. The actuator controlled in this study is the rudder. The tests carried out consisted of open loop, close loop, trajectory test without disturbance and trajectory test with sea wave disturbance. The disturbance given during the simulation is 1,25 meters and 2 meters with the direction of the waves from East to West. The Fuzzy Logic method has good performance with an average berthing error value without disturbance and with a 1 meters wave disturbance of 1,66 meters. This has met the permitted radius which is less than <0,5 Lpp or 77,5 meters.
