Abstract

Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional (SIINas) merupakan suatu sistem informasi terpadu yang memuat data dan informasi mengenai industri di Indonesia. Layanan teknologi informasi menghadapi tantangan untuk memahami memotivasi pelanggan menggunakan sistem dan sikap yang mempengaruhi penggunaan dan penerimaan teknologi. Untuk mengungkap permasalahan yang berulang tersebut, perlu dilakukan analisis dan evaluasi kinerja SIINas secara komprehensif untuk memetakan kondisi saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 perusahaan industri yang terdaftar di SIINas. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin. Data kuesioner yang diperoleh dari penelitian diolah berdasarkan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Tujuan penelitian ini secara lebih spesifik adalah untuk: menguji pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Conditions terhadap Behavioral Intention pengguna SIINas. Data dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dan dilakukan pemeriksaan validitas, reliabilitas dan uji model antar variabel (Path Analysis). Kami menemukan bahwa dua dari empat hipotesis yang diselidiki menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, khususnya variabel Performance Expectancy dan Facilitating Conditions. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar Performance Expectancy dan Facilitating Conditions yang diberikan maka akan meningkatkan niat perusahaan industri Indonesia untuk menggunakan SIINas.

The National Industrial Information System (SIINas) is an integrated information system that contains data and information about the industry in Indonesia. Information technology services face the challenge of understanding what motivates customers to use systems and attitudes that influence the use and acceptance of technology. To unravel these recurring problems, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the performance of SIINas comprehensively to map the current conditions. This research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 100 industrial companies registered in SIINas. The sampling method of this research is simple random sampling Slovin formula. Questionnaire data obtained from the study was processed based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model approach. The objectives of this study in more specific were to: examine the effect of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions on Behavioral Intention of the users. Data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method, which checks validity, reliability and tests the model between variables (Path Analysis). We found that two of the four investigated hypotheses showed significant influenced on Behavioral Intention, particularly the variables Performance Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions. This indicates that, the more the Performance Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions provided, it will increase the intention of Indonesian industrial companies to use SIINas.
