Abstract

Perkembangan global menimbulkan tantangan besar bagi industri terkait isu lingkungan dan sosial. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) muncul sebagai respon terhadap tuntutan keberlanjutan dan kesejahteraan lingkungan dan sosial. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga JATIMBALINUS meluncurkan program CSR bernama KUCARI (Kampung Cabut Duri) Zero Waste untuk mengatasi permasalahan lingkungan dan ekonomi masyarakat di RT 17 Desa Kalanganyar. Permasalahan yang terjadi di RT 17 Desa Kalanganyar yaitu penumpukan limbah padat sisik ikan dan limbah cair hasil cucian ikan bandeng yang dibuang ke selokan sehingga menyebabkan bau tidak sedap dan pencemaran air. Selain itu, masyarakat dihadapkan pada kesulitan menjaga stabilitas pendapatan dan pekerjaan yang menyebabkan ketidakpastian ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak lingkungan dan ekonomi kepada masyarakat dari pelaksanaan program CSR KUCARI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan masyarakat RT 17 Desa Kalanganyar sebagai objek dalam penelitian ini. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan praktisi CSR serta para penerima manfaat CSR, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengimplementasian program CSR KUCARI secara signifikan telah meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan melalui pengelolaan limbah cair dan padat UMKM cabut duri ikan bandeng dengan metode zero waste, memperbaiki kualitas air pembuangan, menghilangkan bau tidak sedap, melakukan transformasi lingkungan, dan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan melalui upaya penghijauan. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan dampak ekonomi positif dengan menciptakan peluang kerja baru, meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga, meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, dan membuka peluang bisnis baru melalui produk olahan limbah ikan yang bernilai ekonomis.

Global development poses major challenges for industries related to environmental and social issues. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) emerged as a response to demands for sustainability and environmental and social welfare. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga JATIMBALINUS launched a CSR program called KUCARI (Kampung Cabut Duri) Zero Waste to overcome environmental and economic problems of the community in RT 17 Kalanganyar Village. The problems that occur in RT 17 Kalanganyar Village are the accumulation of solid waste of fish scales and liquid waste from milkfish washing that is disposed of into the gutter, causing unpleasant odors and water pollution. In addition, the community is faced with difficulties in maintaining income and employment stability, which causes economic uncertainty. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the environmental and economic impacts to the community from the implementation of the KUCARI CSR program. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and the community of RT 17 Kalanganyar Village as the object of this research. Primary data was obtained through observation and interviews with CSR practitioners and CSR beneficiaries, while secondary data was obtained from company documents. The results showed that the implementation of the KUCARI CSR program has significantly improved the quality of the environment through the management of liquid and solid waste of MSMEs by removing the thorns of milkfish using the zero waste method, improving the quality of disposal water, eliminating unpleasant odors, transforming the environment, and improving the quality of the environment through reforestation efforts. In addition, the program also has a positive economic impact by creating new employment opportunities, increasing household income, improving community skills, and opening new business opportunities through processed fish waste products with economic value.
