Abstract
Budaya organisasi merupakan sekumpulan nilai, kepercayaan, dan norma yang dibuat untuk membentuk pola perilaku serta menjadi pedoman bagi anggota organisasi. Pentingnya penerapan budaya organisasi dengan baik dan optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan serta tercapainya efektivitas dan produktivitas yang baik dalam sebuah organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengukur entropi budaya organisasi pada Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih terdapat gap dan belum ada pengukuran nilai entropi budaya terbaru terhadap penerapan budaya organisasi di ITS. Subjek yang berpartisipasi dalam penilitian ini berjumlah 240 orang terdiri dari pimpinan, dosen, serta tenaga kependidikan dari fakultas dan departemen di ITS. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dan analisis yakni Barret Organizational Conciousness (OC) Model. Hasil analisis yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa ITS hanya menguasai satu tingkat dari tujuh tingkat kesadaran yakni level 6 “Making a Difference. Hasil analisis pengukuran entropi budaya yang didapatkan oleh ITS yakni sebesar 12,8% dan termasuk dalam kategori minor

Organizational culture is a set of values, beliefs and norms created to form behavioral patterns and serve as guidelines for organizational members. The importance of implementing organizational culture well and optimally so that it can improve company performance and achieve good effectiveness and productivity in an organization. Research was conducted to measure the entropy of organizational culture at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS). This research was conducted because there is still a gap and there is no measurement of the latest cultural entropy value on the implementation of organizational culture at ITS. The subjects who participated in this research were 240 people consisting of leaders, lecturers, and educational staff from faculties and departments at ITS. The method used for data collection and analysis is the Barrett Organizational Consciousness (OC) Model. The analysis results obtained show that ITS has only mastered one level out of seven levels of awareness, namely level 6 "Making a Difference. The results of the cultural entropy measurement analysis obtained by ITS were 12.8% and included in the minor category
