Abstract

Bedasarkan observasi lapangan yang telah dilakukan pada proses pembuatan mockup tube expansion dimana dalam proses tersebut tidak tersedia parameter rpm yang sesuai dengan kondisi pembuatan mockup. Maka dari itu penulis ingin melakukan sebuah optimalisasi dari segi rpm sehingga mendapatkan rpm yang optimal untuk proses expand sehingga proses expand akan menjadi lebih efektif dan kerusakan tube akibat expand dapat di minimalisir.

Based on field observation that has been done in the manufacturing process of mockup tube expansion where in the process there is no rpm parameters that are in accordance with the mockup manufacturing conditions. Therefore the author wants to do an optimization in terms of rpm so that it gets the optimal rpm for expand process so that the expand process will be more effective and the damage tube due to expand can be minimized
