Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) merupakan sebuah inovasi dalam pembayaran digital di Indonesia, yang memfasilitasi transaksi keuangan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pembayaran ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah) di masjid. Beberapa penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai macam faktor yang mempengaruhi jamaah masjid dalam menggunakan QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran ZIS. Akan tetapi, belum ada penelitian yang mengangkat permasalahan dari sisi takmir masjid. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi niat takmir masjid dalam melanjutkan penggunaan sistem pembayaran digital QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran ZIS. Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini menerapkan teori Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) dengan mengadopsi empat variabel internal (Perceived Usefulness, Confirmation, Satisfaction, dan Continuance Usage Intention) dan 1 variabel eksternal (Perceived Risk). Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian Tugas Akhir ini adalah Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), yang efisien dalam mengatasi model yang kompleks dan ukuran sampel yang kecil. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan yang lebih baik bagi takmir masjid dan pihak-pihak terkait untuk mendukung penggunaan QRIS yang berkelanjutan sebagai metode pembayaran ZIS. Selain itu, penelitian Tugas Akhir ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kepada Bank Indonesia sebagai penyedia layanan QRIS untuk meningkatkan niat keberlanjutan penggunaan QRIS, yang pada gilirannya akan mendukung pengelolaan ZIS yang lebih efektif dan kesejahteraan sosial yang lebih besar di Kota Surabaya.

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) is an innovation in digital payments in Indonesia, which facilitates financial transactions in various sectors, including ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah) payments at mosques. Several studies have been conducted to identify various factors that influence mosque caretakers in using QRIS as a ZIS payment method. However, there is no research that raises the issue from the side of the mosque takmir. Therefore, this study aims to identify several factors that influence the intention of mosque caretakers in continuing to use the QRIS digital payment system as a ZIS payment method. This Final Project research applies the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) theory by adopting four internal variables (Perceived Usefulness, Confirmation, Satisfaction, and Continuance Usage Intention) and 1 external variable (Perceived Risk). The analysis method used in this Final Project research is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which is efficient in dealing with complex models and small sample sizes. This research is expected to provide better guidance for mosque takmir and related parties to support the sustainable use of QRIS as a ZIS payment method. In addition, this Final Project research is expected to provide recommendations for improvement to Bank Indonesia as a QRIS service provider to increase the intention of sustainability of QRIS usage, which in turn will support more effective ZIS management and greater social welfare in Surabaya City.
