Abstract
Fasilitas komersial menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam berjalannya perekonomian. Seiring bertambahnya jumlah fasilitas komersial juga mendatangkan beberapa masalah cukup serius terkait timbulan sampah sejenis sampah rumah tangga. Semakin tinggi volume sampah yang dihasilkan membuat pengelolaan sampah menjadi tidak terkendali. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan partisipasi dari para pihak fasilitas komersial dalam mencapai pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No 81 Tahun 2012 pasal 10, bahwa setiap produsen dan konsumen mempunyai kewajiban dalam pengurangan sampah serta penanganan sampah. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur serta mengkaji sampah sejenis sampah rumah tangga dari fasilitas komersial yang akan ditinjau mulai dari minimarket, pertokoan, dan supermarket. Penentuan jumlah fasilitas yang dianalisis dilakukan dengan persamaan pada SNI 19-3964-1994 dan juga menjadi acuan dalam pengukuran timbulan, komposisi, dan densitas. Sistem pewadahan dan pengumpulan yang akan dikaji berdasarkan survei lapangan serta wawancara kepada pihak fasilitas komersial dan petugas pengelola sampah. Sementara peran pelaku usaha dikaji berdasarkan aspek pengetahuan dan aspek sikap mengenai pengelolaan sampah yang dihasilkan fasilitas. Pengumpulan data peran pelaku usaha dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang berisi lima butir pertanyaan untuk masing-masing aspek yang dikaji. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan metode Skala Likert, Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian sampah sejenis sampah rumah tangga di Kecamatan Gunung Anyar dari fasilitas komersial didapatkan timbulan sampah sebesar 302,82 kg/hari. Komposisi sampah secara keseluruhan paling besar dari sampah tidak dapat dikomposkan atau sampah kering yaitu sebesar 67,04%. Reduksi yang sudah dilakukan oleh pengelola fasilitas minimarket, pets shop pertokoan hanya untuk sampah jenis kertas/kardus dengan 73,61% reduksi masing-masing 77,92% dan 90,27%. Sistem pewadahan yang digunakan oleh fasilitas komersial terdapat wadah permanen dan non permanen dengan jenis alat pengumpul sampah yang digunakan yaitu gerobak ditarik motor. Berdasarkan kuesioner dari setiap pelaku usaha mayoritas mengetahui tentang pengelolaan sampah dan memiliki sikap setuju terhadap pengelolaan sampah dan pemilahan sampah yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis.

Commercial facilities are an important factor in the running of the economy. Along with the increase in the number of commercial facilities, there are also some serious problems related to waste generation similar to household waste. The higher volume of waste generated makes waste management uncontrollable. Therefore, participation from commercial facilities is needed to achieve better waste management. In accordance with Government Regulation No. 81/2012 article 10, every producer and consumer has an obligation to reduce waste and handle waste. The purpose of this research is to measure and assess similar household waste from commercial facilities that will be reviewed starting from minimarkets, shops, and supermarkets. The determination of the number of facilities analyzed is carried out with the equation in SNI 19-3964-1994 and also becomes a reference in the measurement of generation, composition, and density. The storage and collection system will be studied based on field surveys and interviews with commercial facilities and waste management officers. Meanwhile, the role of business actors is assessed based on aspects of knowledge and attitudes regarding the management of waste generated by the facility. Data collection on the role of business actors was carried out by distributing questionnaires containing five questions for each aspect studied. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the Likert Scale method, Validity Test and Reliability Test. The results of the research of similar household waste in Gunung Anyar Subdistrict from commercial facilities obtained waste generation of 302.82 kg / day. The composition of waste as a whole is the largest from non-compostable waste or dry waste, which is 67.04%. Reduction that has been carried out by the manager of minimarket facilities, pets shop shops is only for paper / cardboard type waste with 73.61% reduction of 77.92% and 90.27% respectively. The containerization system used by commercial facilities has permanent and non-permanent containers with the type of waste collection tool used, namely motorized carts. Based on the questionnaire from each business actor, the majority know about waste management and have an agreeable attitude towards waste management and sorting of waste that has economic value.
