Abstract

Prediksi risiko alergi susu sapi pada anak-anak merupakan langkah penting dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan alergi ini. Alergi susu sapi dapat menyebabkan berbagai gejala yang mengganggu kesehatan dan kualitas hidup anak. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah chatbot berbasis pengetahuan dan berbasis aturan (knowledge-based dan rule-based) yang dapat memprediksi risiko alergi susu sapi pada anak-anak usia 1-5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dalam pengembangan chatbot. Data yang digunakan berasal dari jurnal Kalach (2016) yang menjelaskan faktor-faktor risiko alergi susu sapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa chatbot yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan prediksi risiko alergi susu sapi dengan akurasi yang memadai. Chatbot ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengidentifikasi risiko alergi susu sapi pada anak-anak mereka sehingga dapat mengambil tindakan pencegahan yang tepat.

Predicting the risk of cow's milk allergy in children is an important step in preventing and managing this allergy. Cow's milk allergy can cause various symptoms that affect the health and quality of life of children. Therefore, this study aims to develop a knowledge-based and rule-based chatbot that can predict the risk of cow's milk allergy in children aged 1-5 years. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach in developing the chatbot. The data used is derived from the journal by Kalach (2016), which describes the risk factors for cow's milk allergy. The results show that the developed chatbot can provide risk predictions for cow's milk allergy with adequate accuracy. This chatbot is expected to help parents identify the risk of cow's milk allergy in their children, allowing them to take appropriate preventive measures.
