Abstract

Sungai Rejoso merupakan salah satu sungai di wilayah timur Kabupaten Pasuruan yang dikelola oleh UPT PSDA Wilayah Sungai Welang Pekalen. Ketika memasuki musim hujan, beberapa wilayah di sekitar aliran Sungai Rejoso mengalami banjir. Salah satu daerah yang terdampak banjir adalah Desa Kedawung Kulon, Kecamatan Grati, Pasuruan. Sehingga diperlukan adanya penanggulangan banjir untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Metode penanggulangan banjir yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah normalisasi sungai, pembangunan sheet pile dan pembangunan tanggul. Analisis debit banjir rencana dilakukan menggunakan 2 metode, yaitu metode Nakayasu dan metode SCS (Soil Conservation Service). Analisis kapasitas aliran penampang sungai dianalisis dengan dua cara, yaitu perhitungan rating curve dan menggunakan aplikasi HEC-RAS. Analisis stabilitas lereng dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi GEO5. Debit banjir rencana yang digunakan yaitu debit banjir rencana periode ulang 10 tahun sebesar 199,500 m3/s. Setelah dilakukan analisis kapasitas aliran penampang, diketahui bahwa semua penampang tidak mampu mengalirkan debit banjir rencana. Penanggulangan banjir dilakukan dengan metode normalisasi sungai dan pembangunan sheet pile pada 15 penampang yaitu penampang 1 (P.211) hingga penampang 15 (P.224) dengan panjang sungai 765,3 meter. Dimensi penampang sungai yang direncanakan yaitu berbentuk persegi panjang dengan kedalaman sungai 5 meter, lebar dasar sungai 20 meter, tinggi jagaan 0,5 meter dan kemiringan dasar sungai 0,0025. Sheet pile yang digunakan yaitu sheet pile baja VL 503 dengan panjang 10 meter. Penanggulangan banjir dilakukan dengan metode normalisasi sungai dan pembangunan tanggul pada 30 penampang sungai yaitu penampang 16 (P.225) hingga penampang 45 (P.253) dengan panjang sungai 1228,7 meter. Dimensi penampang sungai yang direncanakan yaitu berbentuk trapesium dengan kedalaman sungai 3,5 meter, kemiringan lereng 1:1, lebar dasar sungai 13 meter, tinggi tanggul 2 meter, tinggi jagaan 0,5 meter dan kemiringan dasar sungai 0,0025. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kapasitas penampang sungai desain, penampang sungai desain mampu menampung debit banjir rencana 10 tahun sebesar 199,500 m3/s. Setelah dilakukan analisis stabilitas lereng, dapat diketahui bahwa lereng sungai aman dari kelongsoran. Sehingga perencanaan yang telah dilakukan dapat diterapkan di lokasi studi. Perencanaan penanggulangan banjir yang telah dilakukan diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan banjir yang terjadi di sekitar aliran Sungai Rejoso Pasuruan.

Rejoso River is one of the rivers in the eastern region of Pasuruan Regency, which is managed by UPT PSDA Welang Pekalen River Basin. During the rainy season, several areas around the Rejoso River are flooded. One of the areas affected by flooding is Kedawung Kulon, Grati, Pasuruan. Therefore, flood management is needed to overcome the problems that occur. The flood management methods used in this research are river normalization, sheet pile construction and embankment construction. The analysis of flood discharge plans was carried out using 2 methods, which are Nakayasu method and SCS (Soil Conservation Service) method. The flow capacity analysis of the cross section was analyzed in two ways, rating curve analysis and using the HEC-RAS application. The slope stability analysis was analyzed using the GEO5 application. The design flood discharge used is the 10-year return period flood discharge of 199,500 m3/s. After analyzing the cross-sectional flow capacity, it is known that not all cross-sections are capable of draining the designed flood discharge. The flood management is carried out by the method of river normalization and sheet pile wall construction at 15 cross sections, from cross section 1 (P.211) to cross section 15 (P.224) with a river length of 765,3 meters. The dimensions of the planned river section are rectangular with a river depth of 5 meters, a riverbed width of 20 meters, a bank height of 0,5 meters and a riverbed slope of 0,0025. The sheet pile used is a VL 503 steel sheet pile with a length of 10 meters. The flood protection will be carried out by river normalization and embankment construction methods in 30 river sections, from section 16 (P.225) to section 45 (P.253) with a river length of 1228,7 meters. The dimensions of the planned river section are trapezoidal with a river depth of 3,5 meters, a slope of 1:1, a riverbed width of 13 meters, an embankment height of 2 meters, a guard height of 0,5 meters, and a riverbed slope of 0,0025. Based on the results of the design cross-section capacity analysis, the design cross-section can accommodate a 10-year design flood discharge of 199,500 m3/s. After the slope stability analysis, it can be seen that the river slope is safe from landslides. Thus, the design can be applied at the study site. The flood management planning that has been implemented is expected to overcome the flooding problems that have occurred around the Rejoso River Pasuruan.
