Abstract

Pupuk adalah bahan yang mengandung sejumlah nutrisi yang berguna bagi tanaman. Berdasarkan bahan pembuatannya, pupuk digolongkan menjadi dua, yaitu pupuk anorganik dan organik. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik berlebih dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi tanaman dan lingkungan. Pemberian pupuk organik lebih dianjurkan fermentasi anaerob untuk pembuatan POC dipilih karena menghasilkan unsur hara lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pupuk dari proses aerob. pada proses anaerob dapat menghasilkan gas sehingga pengendalian tekanan pada fermentor merupakan faktor penting dalam pembuatan pupuk organik cair guna efisiensi produk pupuk organik cair. Pada Tugas Akhir ini dimulai dari studi literatur. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan sistem yang terdiri dari perancangan hardware dan software. selanjutnya dilakukan pembuatan alat yang terdiri dari pembuatan hardware dan software. dilakukan pengujian alat untuk mengetahui kinerjanya. selanjutnya dilakukan pengambilan data. Apabila masih terdapat gangguan, maka dapat dilakukan evaluasi pada pembuatan alat. Langkah terakhir yaitu penyusunan laporan Tugas Akhir. Efisiensi produk pupuk organik cair melalui sistem kontrol dengan bahan 10kg eceng gondok, 30 liter air menghasilkan output 29 liter. Sedangkan efisiensi produk pupuk organik cair tanpa sistem kontrol menghasilkan output 25 liter. Sensor Pressure G1/4 memiliki eror 1,722% dengan akurasi 98,278%, menunjukkan sensor layak digunakan. Tong plastik dengan plat besi memiliki MAWP 2 psi, setpoint tekanan aman 1,2 psi. Sistem kontrol tes dengan solenoid valve berjalan baik dengan setpoint 1,2 psi. Aplikasi menampilkan data tekanan real-time, simpan data ke Google Spreadsheet dalam format Excel. Fermentor dengan pengontrolan tekanan hasilkan 29L pupuk organik, 4L lebih banyak daripada tanpa pengontrolan.

Fertilizers are materials that contain a number of nutrients that are useful for plants. Based on the material from which they are made, fertilizers are classified into two, namely inorganic and organic fertilizers. Excessive use of inorganic fertilizers can have a negative impact on plants and the environment. Anaerobic fermentation for the manufacture of POC is recommended because it produces higher nutrients compared to fertilizers from aerobic processes. Anaerobic processes can produce gas so that pressure control in fermenters is an important factor in making liquid organic fertilizer for the efficiency of liquid organic fertilizer products. This final project starts with a literature study. Furthermore, system design is carried out which consists of designing hardware and software. then making a tool consisting of making hardware and software. testing the tool is carried out to determine its performance. then data collection is carried out. If there is still a disturbance, then an evaluation can be made on the manufacture of the tool. The last step is the preparation of the Final Project report. The efficiency of liquid organic fertilizer products through a control system with ingredients 10kg water hyacinth, 30 liters of water produces an output of 29 liters. While the efficiency of liquid organic fertilizer products without a control system produces an output of 25 liters. The Pressure G1/4 sensor has an error of 1.722% with an accuracy of 98.278%, indicating the sensor is suitable for use. The plastic barrel with iron plate has a MAWP of 2 psi, a safe pressure setpoint of 1.2 psi. The test control system with solenoid valve works well with a setpoint of 1.2 psi. App displays real-time pressure data, save data to Google Sheets in Excel format. Fermenter with pressure control produces 29L of organic fertilizer, 4L more than without control
