Abstract

Aplikasi fintech merupakan transformasi pada bidang ekonomi yang terjadi karena perkembangan teknologi. Perkembangan fintech di Indonesia ditandai dengan munculnya berbagai produk/jenis fintech sebagai platform layanan jasa keuangan. Hal tersebut perlu dimanfaatkan oleh beberapa pihak sesuai kebutuhan dan permasalahan mereka. Salah satu produk fintech yang unik adalah crowdfunding, yaitu metode baru dalam pengumpulan dana yang melibatkan banyak orang/masyarakat. Metode tersebut dapat diterapkan dalam Ruang Model Double Track, layanan permodalan berbasis Kelompok Usaha Siswa (KUS), untuk mengatasi permasalahan dari para lulusan program SMA Double Track. Permasalahan yang dimaksud adalah tidak semua lulusan program SMA Double Track mempunyai modal cukup untuk mendirikan/mengembangkan usaha yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas akhir ini dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi web fintech crowdfunding dalam Ruang Modal Double Track untuk mewadahi para pemilik usaha dari lulusan SMA Double Track memenuhi modal kerja yang dibutuhkan. Fitur utama dalam aplikasi ini adalah pengajuan usaha oleh pengguna sebagai pemilik usaha dan pembayaran donasi ke usaha yang telah dipilih oleh donatur. Aplikasi tersebut dikembangkan dengan metode low code (Google Apps Script) dan memanfaatkan fitur/aplikasi pada Google Workspace untuk penyimpanan data. Selain itu, aplikasi menggunakan Midtrans sebagai sistem layanan pembayaran. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dan pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox. Parameter pengujian didasarkan pada kesesuaian fungsionalitas fitur yang dikembangkan dengan kasus penggunaan dari kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur dalam aplikasi Ruang Modal Double Track berfungsi dengan baik dan lancar, sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu pemilik usaha lulusan program SMA Double Track, masyarakat sebagai donatur, serta administrator Ruang Modal Double
Track.

Fintech applications represent a transformation in the economic field driven by technological advancements. The development of fintech in Indonesia is marked by the emergence of various fintech products/types as financial service platforms. These should be utilized by various parties according to their needs and problems. One unique fintech product is crowdfunding, a new method of fundraising that involves many people/the community. This method can be applied in Ruang Modal Double Track, a capital service based on Student Business Groups (KUS), to address the issues faced by graduates of the SMA Double Track program. The issue in question is that not all graduates of the SMA Double Track program have sufficient capital to start/develop their businesses. Therefore, in this final project, a webbased fintech crowdfunding application was developed within Ruang Modal Double Track to accommodate business owners from SMA Double Track graduates in obtaining the necessary working capital. The main features of this application are business proposal submissions by users as business owners and donation payments to businesses selected by donors. The application was developed using a low code method (Google Apps Script) and leverages features/applications in Google Workspace for data storage. Additionally, the application uses Midtrans as the payment service system. The application development method used is the waterfall method and testing is conducted using the blackbox method. The testing parameters were based on the functionality alignment of the developed features with the use cases from user needs. Testing results indicated that all features in the Ruang Modal Double Track application functioned well and smoothly, meeting the needs of users, namely business owners who are graduates of the SMA Double Track program, the community as donors, and administrators of the Ruang Modal Double Track.
