Abstract

Software as a Service (SaaS) adalah model perangkat lunak yang mana penggunanya tidak perlu memiliki ataupun mengelola sumber daya untuk perangkat lunak tersebut secara mandiri untuk menggunakan layanannya. Model perangkat lunak SaaS semakin banyak digunakan di era transformasi digital. Penggunaan SaaS meningkat karena perusahaan tidak lagi perlu menyediakan infrastruktur atau sumber daya lainnya secara mandiri. Penyedia SaaS menyediakan semua sumber daya dan melakukan pemeliharaan (maintenance) yang diperlukan.
Tenant onboarding adalah proses pengenalan tenant pada lingkungan aplikasi SaaS. Tenant adalah pengguna individu atau organisasi yang menggunakan layanan aplikasi SaaS. Tenant onboarding adalah salah satu proses penting pada aplikasi SaaS. Proses tenant onboarding mencakup pendaftaran tenant, pembuatan identitas, inisiasi pembayaran, dan deployment infrastruktur.
Kerangka kerja modul tenant onboarding telah berhasil diimplementasikan sesuai dengan kasus pengujian dan dapat diintegrasikan dengan modul lainnya pada control plane SaaS. Dengan kerangka kerja modul tenant onboarding, pengembang aplikasi SaaS dapat mempersingkat waktu pengembangan dan menghemat sumber daya pengembangan. Pengembang aplikasi SaaS dapat menyesuaikan kerangka kerja dengan proses bisnis spesifik aplikasi SaaS dan lebih berfokus pada pengembangan proses bisnis aplikasi SaaS secara keseluruhan.

Software as a Service SaaS is a software model where users do not need to manage resources for the software themselves to use its services. The SaaS model is increasingly being adopted in this era of digital transformation. The use of SaaS is on the rise because companies no longer need to provide infrastructure or other resources independently. SaaS providers supply all necessary resources and perform the required maintenance.
Tenant onboarding is the process of introducing tenants to the SaaS application environment. A tenant is an individual user or organization that uses the SaaS application services. One important process in SaaS applications is tenant onboarding. The tenant onboarding process includes tenant registration, identity creation, payment initiation, and resource allocation.
The tenant onboarding module framework has been completed successfully. The tenant onboarding module framework has been tested according to the test cases and integrated successfully with other modules on the control plane of SaaS applications. With the tenant onboarding module framework, SaaS application developers can shorten development time and save development resources. SaaS application developers can customize the framework to fit the specific business processes of the SaaS application and focus more on developing the overall business processes of the SaaS application.
