Abstract

Pada era serba digital ini, bisnis terus-menerus meningkatkan pelayanannya dalam segala aspek termasuk penggunaan mobile payment dalam melaksanakan transaksi pembayaran. Tren menggunakan mobile payment untuk pembayaran makin meningkat diakibatkan adanya fitur transfer secara efisien menggunakan QRIS di Indonesia.. Bisnis-bisnis, terutama UMKM bidang kuliner di Indonesia yang berperan penting dalam ekonomi nasional, perlu mengikuti perubahan ini untuk meningkatkan daya saing usahanya dengan memahami dan menerapkan teknologi pada usahanya. Penelitian terdahulu menghasilkan skenario mobile payment berbasis QRIS menggunakan praktik ITIL 4 yang berhasil diimplementasikan pada beberapa UMKM di Kota Jember. Skenario ini telah berhasil meningkatkan indikator IT BSC UMKM Go Digital dari UMKM studi kasusnya. Penelitian pada tugas akhir ini akan mengimplementasi dan mengevaluasi skenario tersebut dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui perkembangan UMKM studi kasus berdasarkan indikator pengukuran UMKM Go Digital. Metodologi yang ditempuh untuk mencapai hasil penelitian adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan informan UMKM dan melalui dokumen-dokumen keuangan UMKM. Penelitian ini menghasilkan evaluasi terhadap skenario mobile payment QRIS pada UMKM serta rekomendasi untuk digitalisasi pada usaha lokal. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa UMKM studi kasus mengalami peningkatan yang positif diukur dari empat indikator IT BSC UMKM Go Digital. Dari temuan penelitian, didapatkan juga beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi digitalisasi UMKM antara lain, peningkatan kualitas layanan, potongan biaya, proses pencairan dana, dan kendala pada pemasangan promo. Peneliti melakukan evaluasi terhadap skenario beserta alurnya dan membuat bentuk model skenario yang telah disesuaikan oleh kondisi UMKM studi kasus dan hasil temuan akhir penelitian. Model yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi pemesanan makanan daring dan QRIS tidak harus selalu berjalan secara waterfall dan bisa secara parallel dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan dan preferensi penggunaan platform oleh UMKM. Dengan demikian, diharapkan hasil skenario tersebut dapat menjadi acuan bagi UMKM untuk mencapai tujuan UMKM Go Digital.

In this digital era, businesses continuously improve their services in all aspects, including the use of mobile payment for conducting payment transactions. The trend of using mobile payment for payments is increasing due to the efficient transfer features using QRIS in Indonesia. Businesses, especially culinary MSMEs in Indonesia, which play a vital role in the national economy, need to follow these changes to enhance their business competitiveness by understanding and implementing technology in their operations. Previous research produced a QRIS-based mobile payment scenario using ITIL 4 practices successfully implemented in several MSMEs in Jember City. This scenario has successfully improved the IT BSC Go Digital indicators of the case study MSMEs. This final project research will implement and evaluate the scenario with a qualitative approach to determine the development of case study MSMEs based on the Go Digital MSME measurement indicators. The methodology employed to achieve the research results involves a qualitative approach through interviews with MSME informants and reviewing MSME financial documents. This research produces an evaluation of the QRIS-based mobile payment scenario for MSMEs and recommendations for digitalization in local businesses. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the case study MSMEs experienced positive improvements measured by four IT BSC Go Digital MSME indicators. The research findings also identified several factors influencing MSME digitalization, including service quality improvement, cost reductions, fund disbursement processes, and challenges in promotional installations. The researcher evaluates the scenario and its flow, creating a scenario model adjusted to the conditions of the case study MSMEs and the final research findings. The resulting model shows that the implementation of online food ordering applications and QRIS does not always have to be executed in a waterfall manner and can proceed in parallel, considering the needs and platform usage preferences of MSMEs. Thus, it is hoped that the scenario results can serve as a reference for MSMEs to achieve the Go Digital MSME goals.
