Abstract

Gedung Abdoel Gaffar Pringgodigdo Kampus B Universitas Airlangga merupakan gedung fasilitas pendidikan dengan 14 lantai dan memiliki luas 23379,9 m2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara pemodelan, perhitungan quantity take-off, penjadwalan, dan simulasi kemajuan proyek dengan menggunakan konsep BIM. Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan sebuah teknologi dalam berbagai tahapan konstruksi yang berlandaskan pada model 3D dimana pada pemodelan berdasarkan gambar DED. Pada penelitian ini, program yang digunakan berupa Autodesk Revit, SYNCHRO 4D Pro, dan Microsoft Excel. Keluaran BIM tidak hanya sebatas pada model 3D saja, tetapi juga mencakup perhitungan volume beton, penulangan, dan bekisting bangunan. Selain itu, untuk tahapan yang lebih jauh, keluaran BIM dapat berupa penjadwalan serta visualisasi kemajuan proyek konstruksi. Perhitungan volume beton, penulangan, dan bekisting menggunakan program Autodesk Revit dinilai cukup cepat, mudah, dan akurat. Dari hasil pemodelan 3D pada Gedung Abdoel Gaffar Pringgodigdo, didapatkan hasil perhitungan total volume beton sebesar 14071.33 m3, total volume penulangan sebesar 2044963.19 kg dengan 115705.79 batang, dan total luas bekisting sebesar 65188.74 m2. Simulasi 4D pada BIM menggunakan program SYNCHRO 4D Pro yang mana befungsi pada tahapan konstruksi, seperti pengendalian waktu, pemantauan progress antara rencana dan lapangan sesuai dengan waktu yang direncanakan berbasis model 3D sehingga memiliki tampak real-time. Hasil rencana penjadwalan Gedung Abdoel Gaffar Pringgodigdo Kampus B Universitas Airlangga sebesar 370 hari. Sementara itu, perbedaan durasi rencana per lantai antara hasil perhitungan dengan data yang didapat dari proyek terkait sebesar 4 – 79 hari. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena adanya perbedaan dalam metode pekerjaan, penggunaan jumlah sumber daya, analisis produktivitas, activity sequencing pekerjaan, maupun kelengkapan data yang didapatkan.

The Abdoel Gaffar Pringgodigdo Building, Campus B, Airlangga University is an educational facility building with 14 floors and has an area of 23379.9 m2. This research aims to find out how to model, calculate work quantities, schedule and simulate project progress using the BIM concept. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a technology in various stages of construction that is based on 3D models where modeling is based on DED drawings. In this research, the software used was Autodesk Revit, SYNCHRO 4D Pro, and Microsoft Excel. BIM output is not only limited to 3D models, but also includes calculations of concrete volume, reinforcement and building formwork. In addition, for further stages, BIM output can include scheduling and visualization of construction project progress. Calculating the volume of concrete, reinforcement and formwork using Autodesk Revit software is considered quite fast, easy and accurate. From the results of 3D modeling on the Abdoel Gaffar Pringgodigdo Building, the calculation results obtained were a total concrete volume of 14071.33 m3, a total reinforcement volume of 2044963.19 kg with 115705.79 rods, and a total formwork area of 65188.74 m2. 4D simulation in BIM uses SYNCHRO 4D Pro software which functions at the construction stage, such as time control, monitoring progress between plan and field according to the planned time based on a 3D model so that it has a real-time appearance. The results of the scheduling plan for the Abdoel Gaffar Pringgodigdo Building, Campus B, Airlangga University, are 370 days. Meanwhile, the difference in plan duration per floor between the calculation results and data obtained from the related project is 4 – 79 days. This can occur due to differences in work methods, use of resources, productivity analysis, work activity sequencing, and completeness of the data obtained.
