Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan tren online learning telah mendorong kebutuhan akan platform pembelajaran yang efektif dan fleksibel. Ruang Training Double Track merupakan program pembelajaran online yang disediakan oleh SMA Double Track untuk mengakomodasi banyak sekolah yang ada di Jawa Timur untuk menyiapkan siswa nya menghadapi kebutuhan industri dengan pembekalan pelatihan skill. Tetapi dalam implementasinya Ruang Training masih memiliki konten managemen yang kurang baik. Pada tugas akhir ini, aplikasi Content Management System (CMS) untuk Ruang Training dikembangkan untuk menyediakan platform yang efisien bagi trainer, siswa, dan mentor dalam proses pembelajaran online. Pengembangan aplikasi Ruang Training menggunakan metode Incremental Development dengan memanfaatkan Google Apps Script dan Google Workspace. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dengan menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti pengelolaan materi pelatihan, pengunggahan tugas siswa, serta penilaian dan pendampingan oleh mentor. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode Blackbox dengan parameter pengujian aplikasi didasarkan pada kesesuaian fungsionalitas fitur yang dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur dalam aplikasi Ruang Modal Double Track berfungsi dengan baik dan lancar, sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu siswa, trainer dan mentor

The advancement of information technology and online learning trends have driven the need for an effective and flexible learning platform. Ruang Training Double Track is an online learning program provided by SMA Double Track to accommodate many schools in East Java to prepare their students to face the needs of the industry with skill training. However, in its implementation, Ruang Training still has poor content management. In this final project, a Content Management System (CMS) application for Ruang Training was developed to provide an efficient platform for trainers, students, and mentors in the online learning process. The development of the Ruang Training application uses the Incremental Development method by utilizing Google Apps Script and Google Workspace. This application is designed to support the learning process by providing features such as managing training materials, uploading student assignments, and assessment and mentoring by mentors. Application testing uses the Blackbox method with application testing parameters based on the suitability of the developed feature functionality according to needs. The test results show that all features in the Ruang Modal Double Track application function well and smoothly, according to user needs, namely students, trainers and mentors
