Abstract
Sistem isolasi dasar merupakan suatu metode untuk meningkatkan kinerja suatu struktur terhadap gaya gempa dengan menerapkan elemen fleksibel di dasar bangunan. Elemen tersebut mampu meningkatkan periode redaman alami dan redaman struktur secara signifikan, serta mengurangi tingkat kerusakan struktur. Dalam perencanaan gedung ini, tidak hanya dilakukan modifikasi struktur menggunakan base isolation tipe High Dumper Rubber Bearing (HDRB), tetapi juga dilakukan perbandingan dengan respons kinerja struktur yang menggunakan sistem fixed base pada Gedung Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan perbandingan pemodelan struktur Gedung Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais Jakarta dengan menerapkan sistem HDRB. Pemodelan struktur kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode nonlinear time history, yang menghasilkan output berupa periode struktur, inter-story drift, dan gaya geser yang terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan struktur base isolation
memiliki periode 2 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan periode fixed base. Struktur base isolation mengalami perbesaran gaya geser desain daripada struktur yang menggunakan sistem SRPMK dengan selisih 30,716%. Struktur gedung yang ditinjau menggunakan HDRB mampu mengurangi drift rasio dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar 46,57% diarah X dan 46,25% diarah Y. Untuk Hasil perencanaan elemen struktur: tebal pelat lantai 120 mm, dimensi balok anak 350x500 mm, dimensi balok induk 600x800 mm, dan dimensi kolom 1000x1000 mm. High Damping Rubber Bearing yang digunakan adalah tipe HH120X6R produksi Bridgestone. Volume material sistem struktur base isolation lebih kecil daripada struktur fixed base sebesar 29% . Hal ini dikarenakan berkurangnya jumlah tulangan yang digunakan pada sistem struktur
base isolation.

The base isolation system is a method to enhance the performance of a structure against seismic forces by implementing flexible elements at the building's base. These elements can significantly increase the natural damping period and structural damping, while reducing the level of structural damage. In the design of this building, not only structural modifications were made using High Dumper Rubber Bearing (HDRB) base isolation, but also a comparison was
conducted with the performance response of structures using a fixed base system at the Dharmais Cancer Hospital in Jakarta. In this study, the structural modeling of the Dharmais Cancer Hospital building was conducted by applying the HDRB system. The structural modeling was then analyzed using the nonlinear time history method, which yielded outputs such as structural period, displacement, inter-story drift, and shear forces. Based on the calculation results, a base isolation structure has a period twice as long as that of a fixed base. The base isolation structure experiences an increase in design shear force compared to the structure using the SRPMK system, with a difference of 30,716%. The building structure reviewed using HDRB can reduce the drift ratio by an average difference of 46.57% in the X direction and 46.25% in the Y direction. For the structural element planning results: the floor slab thickness is 120 mm, the secondary beam dimensions are 350x500 mm, the primary beam
dimensions are 600x800 mm, and the column dimensions are 1000x1000 mm. The High Damping Rubber Bearing used is the HH120X6R type produced by Bridgestone. The volume of material in the base isolation structural system is larger than that of the fixed base structure as much 29%. This is due to the reduced amount of reinforcement used in the base isolation structural system.
