Abstract

Penjadwalan merupakan salah satu aspek krusial dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yang sangat menentukan kelancaran proyek tersebut. Kualitas penjadwalan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor risiko dan ketidakpastian yang terjadi di lapangan, yang sering kali menjadi penyebab utama perencanaan yang kurang baik. Kesalahan dalam perencanaan penjadwalan dapat mengakibatkan berbagai permasalahan, termasuk keterlambatan proyek yang berdampak pada aspek keuangan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, analisis probabilistik melalui simulasi Monte Carlo dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif. Simulasi Monte Carlo adalah metode yang mendekati solusi masalah dengan melakukan sampling dari proses acak. Dalam perencanaan penjadwalan proyek, metode penjadwalan deterministik umumnya digunakan, seperti yang diterapkan pada proyek Pembangunan Tower 3 ITS Surabaya di Jl. Raya ITS, Keputih, Sukolilo, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat apakah durasi eksisting proyek masuk kedalam rentang durasi analisis penjadwalan secara probabilistik, sebagai salah satu langkah mitigasi terhadap keterlambatan proyek dengan menerapkan simulasi Monte Carlo pada penjadwalan proyek. Hasil analisis probabilistik menunjukkan rentang durasi proyek yang bervariasi, mulai dari durasi optimis selama 176 hari, durasi paling sering selama 204 hari, hingga durasi pesimis selama 266 hari. Sebagai perbandingan, durasi eksisting proyek Tower 3 ITS dengan penjadwalan deterministik adalah 209 hari untuk pekerjaan struktural bangunan utama dan bangunan annex. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, durasi eksisting yang menggunakan analisis deterministik masih berada dalam rentang durasi hasil analisis probabilistik dengan probabilitas keberhasilan sebesar 47,48%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya analisis probabilistik dalam penjadwalan proyek untuk memitigasi risiko keterlambatan dan meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan.

Scheduling is one of the crucial aspects of implementing a construction project, which greatly determines the smooth running of the project. The quality of scheduling can be influenced by various risk factors and uncertainties that occur in the field, which are often the main cause of poor planning. Errors in scheduling and planning can result in various problems, including project delays, which have an impact on financial aspects. To overcome this problem, probabilistic analysis through Monte Carlo simulation can be an effective solution. Monte Carlo simulation is a method that approaches problem solutions by sampling from random processes. In project scheduling planning, deterministic scheduling methods are generally used, as applied to the ITS Surabaya Tower 3 construction project on Jl. Raya ITS, Keputih, Sukolilo, Surabaya City, East Java. This research aims to see whether the existing duration of the project falls into the duration range of probabilistic scheduling analysis as one of the mitigation steps for project delays by applying Monte Carlo simulation to project scheduling. The results of the probabilistic analysis show a varied range of project durations, ranging from an optimistic duration of 176 days, the most frequent duration of 204 days, to a pessimistic duration of 266 days. As a comparison, the existing duration of the ITS Tower 3 project with deterministic scheduling is 209 days for structural work on the main building and annex building. Based on the research results, the existing duration using deterministic analysis is still within the duration range of probabilistic analysis results, with a probability of success of 47,87%. This research shows the importance of probabilistic analysis in project scheduling to mitigate the risk of delays and increase planning accuracy.
