Abstract
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) adalah sistem kontrol yang memonitor proses industri secara terus-menerus, penting dalam pemantauan operasional, pengaturan posisi, dan akuisisi data historis untuk analisis proses. CV Agriutama, pabrik mini sweetener di Jombang, Jawa Timur, untuk menggawasi dan mengontol setiap unit proses masih menggunakan gauge yang terpasang pada site. Sehingga, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem SCADA menggunakan Visual Studio berbasis C# untuk memantau dan mengontrol proses industri di pabrik tersebut. Data sensor disimpan dalam database MySQL melalui PHPMyAdmin untuk analisis produksi. Tujuan penelitian adalah membantu CV Agriutama dalam pemantauan dan pengontrolan terpusat serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem SCADA yang dikembangkan mampu memonitor secara realtime dengan data terkirim setiap 1 detik dan serta data tersebut tersimpan pada database sehingga dapat di extract berupa data excel. Sistem ini juga dapat menghidupkan serta mematikan pompa dengan delay time 1 detik, menunjukkan bahwa sistem SCADA di pabrik mini sweetener ini berfungsi dengan baik. Sehingga diketahui range Temperature operasi yaitu 80-120 O C. Untuk pressure sebesar 4-17 psi. Dan untuk Pressure Vacuumm sebesar -20 sampai - 75 cmHg.

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) is a control system that continuously monitors industrial processes, important in operational monitoring, positioning, and historical data acquisition for process analysis. CV Agriutama, a mini sweetener factory in Jombang, East Java, still uses gauges installed on site to monitor and control each process unit. Thus, this research develops a SCADA system using Visual Studio based on C# to combine and control industrial processes in the factory. Sensor data is stored in a MySQL database via PHPMyAdmin for production analysis. The aim of the research is to help CV Agriutama in monitoring and observing as well as increasing operational efficiency. The research results show that the SCADA system developed is capable of real-time monitoring with data sent every 1 second, and the data is stored in a database so that it can be extracted in the form of Excel data. This system can also turn on and turn off the pump with a delay of 1 second, indicating that the SCADA system in this mini sweetener factory is functioning properly. So it is known that the operating temperature range is 80-120 O C. For pressures of 4–17 psi. And for pressure vacuum, it is -20 to -75 cmHg.
