Abstract

Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan merupakan sarana yang disediakan baik oleh instansi pemerintah maupun sektor swasta dalam rangka menyelenggarakan Upaya pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat. Jenis fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang umum dijumpai masyarakat, seperti puskesmas dan rumah sakit. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari pihak terkait, jumlah rumah sakit di Indonesia terus mengalami kenaikan dari tahun 2021 dan 2022. Hal ini berhubungan juga dengan jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia yang terus mengalami kenaikan. Oleh karena itu, untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang maksimal kepada Masyarakat, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi kesehatan, khususnya pada presensi dan manajemen kepegawaian. Sistem informasi berbasis web akan mempermudah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk melakukan pencatatan kehadiran yang memanfaatkan fitur geolokasi dan pengenalan wajah menggunakan kamera dan terhubung pada data kepegawaian. Pengerjaan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk kehadiran dan manajemen kepegawaian. Metode pengembangan yang diterapkan selama proses pengerjaan tugas akhir ini adalah metode waterfall, dengan merujuk pada sistem yang telah digunakan sebelumnya yaitu Sitem Informasi Kesehatan Khanza. Pengerjaan tugas akhir ini berhasil membangun dan merancang sistem informasi kesehatan manajemen kepegawaian dan kehadiran berbasis dekstop web untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan mengadaptasi dari sistem informasi kesehatan berbasis dekstop yang sudah ada.

Healthcare facilities are provided by both government agencies and the private sector to deliver healthcare services to the community. Common types of healthcare facilities encountered by the public include community health centers (Puskesmas) and hospitals. According to data obtained from relevant parties, the number of hospitals in Indonesia continues to rise from 2021 to 2022. This is also related to the continuous growth of Indonesia's population. Therefore, to provide optimal healthcare services to the community, healthcare facilities require a health information system, particularly for attendance and personnel management. A web-based information system will facilitate healthcare facilities in recording attendance using geolocation features and facial recognition with cameras connected to personnel data. The purpose of this thesis is to design and develop a web-based information system for attendance and personnel management. The development method applied during this thesis is the waterfall method, referring to a previously used system, the Khanza Health Information System. This thesis successfully designed and developed a web-based health information system for personnel and attendance management to improve service quality and adapt from an existing desktop-based health information system.
