Abstract

Modal kerja merupakan komponen yang penting bagi perusahaan. Pengelolaan modal kerja yang efektif dan efisien sangat penting untuk menjaga likuiditas dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Manajemen modal kerja mempunyai peran penting terhadap permasalahan pada pengelolaan modal kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. PLN Pusharlis (UP2W) VI Surabaya melalui penelitian yang komprehensif. Perusahaan mengalami hambatan dalam perkembangannya yang perlu segera diatasi untuk menjaga kelangsungan operasionalnya terutama terkait dengan pengelolaan modal kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dengan jelas tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh peneliti, serta manfaat yang diharapkan dapat diperoleh oleh berbagai pihak terutama manajemen PT. PLN Pusharlis (UP2W) VI Surabaya. Metodologi penelitian ini melibatkan studi literatur untuk memahami konsep-konsep terkait dengan topik penelitian, analisis rasio keuangan, dan proyeksi keuangan. Tahapan penelitian mencakup persiapan yang matang, perumusan masalah yang tepat, perumusan tujuan dan manfaat penelitian yang jelas, studi literatur yang mendalam, serta analisis dan interpretasi data yang akurat. Dengan pendekatan yang sistematis, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai kondisi perusahaan dan memberikan solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan PT. PLN Pusharlis (UP2W) VI Surabaya. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini mencakup identifikasi alternatif kebijakan modal kerja yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola likuiditas dan profitabilitasnya, proyeksi kinerja keuangan untuk periode 2024-2028 guna memperkirakan arah dan tujuan perusahaan ke depan, serta analisis rasio keuangan yang mendalam untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai kondisi keuangan perusahaan.

Working capital is an important component for companies. Effective and efficient working capital management is essential to maintain the liquidity and profitability of the company. Working capital management has an important role in the problems of working capital management. This study aims to identify and overcome the problems faced by PT PLN Pusharlis (UP2W) VI Surabaya through comprehensive research. The company is experiencing obstacles in its development that need to be addressed immediately to maintain operational continuity, especially related to working capital management. The purpose of this study is to clearly explain the objectives to be achieved by the researcher, as well as the benefits that are expected to be obtained by various parties, especially the management of PT PLN Pusharlis (UP2W) VI Surabaya. This research methodology involves literature studies to understand concepts related to the research topic, financial ratio analysis, and financial projections. The research stages include careful preparation, precise problem formulation, clear formulation of research objectives and benefits, in-depth literature study, and accurate data analysis and interpretation. With a systematic approach, this research is expected to provide a deep understanding of the company's condition and provide the right solution to improve the financial performance of PT PLN Pusharlis (UP2W) VI Surabaya. The expected results of this study include the identification of alternative working capital policies that can assist the company in managing its liquidity and profitability, financial performance projections for the period 2024-2028 to estimate the company's future direction and goals, and in-depth financial ratio analysis to provide a comprehensive picture of the company's financial condition.
