Abstract

PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk adalah sebuah perusahaan multinasional yang berbasis di Indonesia dengan fokus utama pada industri gas. Didirikan oleh Bapak Arief Harsono, PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk telah tumbuh menjadi salah satu pemimpin pasar di sektor gas di Indonesia dan wilayah Asia Tenggara. Dengan visi untuk Perseroan yang paling diidamkan, terus bertumbuh dan berkembang dengan mendayagunakan sumber daya alam yang memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan, PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan berkualitas tinggi kepada pelanggan di berbagai sektor. Perkembangan perusahaan yang masif membuat proses bisnis menjadi semakin kompleks. Demi menjaga proses bisnis agar tetap dalam jalur untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, diperlukan suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja secara menyeluruh yang bisa membantu proses monitoring kinerja perusahaan.
Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja berbasis Balanced Scorecard beserta dashboard-nya dengan menggunakan Google Looker Studio. Metode Balanced Scorecard memiliki empat perspektif mulai dari Financial, Customer, Internal Business Process, hingga Learning & Growth. Metode Balanced Scorecard akan digunakan sebagai basis pengembangan KPI yang sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan 11 sasaran strategis dan 24 Key Performance Indicator untuk level perusahaan. Setelah itu, dilakukan cascading untuk level direktorat, level divisi, hingga level individu. Pada Direktorat Human Capital didapatkan 9 sasaran strategis dan 21 Key Performance Indicator. Lalu, pada Divisi Human Capital Center of Excellence didapatkan 10 sasaran strategis dan 18 Key Performance Indicator. Terakhir, pada level individu posisi Supervisor HCCE TSD didapatkan 6 sasaran strategis dan 11 Key Performance Indicator dan posisi Staff HCCE TSD didapatkan 6 sasaran strategis dan 11 Key Performance Indicator juga. Setelah perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja selesai dilakukan, akan dibuat dashboard yang bisa membantu proses monitoring dari kinerja sesuai dengan hasil perancangan dengan menggunakan Google Looker Studio.

With a vision to become the most desirable corporation, continuously growing and developing by utilizing natural resources for the benefit for others, PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk has committed to provide high-quality services to customers in various sectors. The massive growth of the company has increased their business processes’s complexity. To ensure that their business processes remain on track to achieve corporate objectives, a comprehensive performance measurement system is needed to assist in monitoring the company’s performance.
In this study, a performance measurement system based on the Balanced Scorecard method and its dashboard was designed using Google Looker Studio. The Balanced Scorecard method consists of four perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Business Process, and Learning & Growth. The Balanced Scorecard method will be used as the basis for developing KPI’s that align with the company's conditions. Based on the research results, 11 strategic objectives and 24 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were identified at the corporate level. Then, cascading was conducted for the directorate level, division level, and individual level. In the Human Capital Directorate, 9 strategic objectives and 21 KPIs were designed. In the Human Capital Center of Excellence Division, 10 strategic objectives and 18 KPIs were designed. Finally, at the individual level, the Supervisor HCCE TSD position had 6 strategic objectives and 11 KPIs, and the Staff HCCE TSD position also had 6 strategic objectives and 11 KPIs. After the performance measurement system’s design is completed, a dashboard will be created using Google Looker Studio to assist in monitoring performance in accordance with the designed system.
